
We are looking for Freelance Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals to support our hiring requirements on a contract / project basis. The selected freelancer will work closely with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements, role specifications, and timelines in coordination with hiring managers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions on a freelance basis
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Share regular hiring updates, trackers, and recruitment reports
- Support negotiations, and documentation wherever required
- Ensure adherence to hiring guidelines, confidentiality, and data protection norms
- Handle bulk, lateral, or niche hiring as per project requirements

C. Your Job Responsibilities:
C1. Principal thrust area:
You will be responsible for:
a. Talent Acquisition for grade MT to M10 and Talent Acquistion support for grade M09 and above.
b. Documentation and follow-up of Performance Management System.
c. Maintenance of associate’s personal file maintenance and up-dation.
C2. Key Deliverables:
a. Recruitment:
i. Sharing approved Job Descriptions of open positions with the consultants and inviting resumes
ii. Screening of resumes and conducting initial telephonic HR interview.
iii. Arrangement of interviews and post interview documentation from interviewers
iv. Coordination with prospective candidates
v. Managing contracts & billing of hiring partners
b. On – boarding:
i. To ensure the completion of pre – joining formalities i.e. medical test, reference check, issue of offer
letter, follow-up for resignation in current organization etc.
ii. To ensure the completion of post – joining formalities i.e. verify the required documents, issuing
appointment letter, complete induction process.
iii. Track mentor – mentee meetings and maintain reports.
c. Data Management:
i. Maintain and update all personal files of the associates (hard & soft copies)
ii. Maintain all HR documents as per the ISO documentation norms.
iii. Coordination with exiting associates for exit interview
d. Exit Management:
i. Co-ordinate for Exit Interview with consultant
