We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing, evaluating candidates and also to building a strong workforce that adds to the company’s bottom line.
• Should be proficient with various channels of sourcing Job Portals globally like LinkedIn/ Xing /Google.
• To identify the best mix of resources to source top talent using our research function, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources.
• Work with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process by ensuring job requirements and expectations and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
• Source & Screen profiles short-list the candidates in preliminary rounds.
• Perform video and phone interviews with candidates
• Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
• Handling recruitment related issues & solving on time
• Performing reference and background checks
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Graduates from any stream (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 2 Years’ hand on experience in IT and Non IT Recruitment
• Preferably Female Candidates
• Excellent in Communication
• Strong decision-making and Convincing Skills
