As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in improving and optimising the models that drive Arctan’s real-time speech AI. You’ll work on analysing, processing, and modelling data to make our systems smarter.
Specifically, you’ll:
- Develop and fine-tune Speech to Speech machine learning models
- Experiment with data-driven solutions to enhance AI performance.
- Work on feature engineering and dataset preparation to train robust models.
- Collaborate with the team to evaluate and deploy models into production.

- 1-3 years of experience in Data Science and related fields.
- Experience with speech processing or NLP.

Job description
The .NET Lead/Arch position will be responsible for architecture, development, maintenance, and support of all development applications regardless of size. This individual must maintain effective customer relationships; as well as effective communication and coordination with various other technology groups. The Senior Architect is expected to be able to architect, analyze, design, code, test, and implement large projects and troubleshoot any Enterprise Development production system. Backlog Create: Work with cross functional teams to breakdown the quarterly objectives into tasks and create backlog in Jira
Groom: Review the backlog regularly for each product / team and keep the items up-to-date and prioritized
Planning: From the backlog create sprint plans for all our products and cross functional teams every two weeks
Estimation: Ensure all the tasks in sprint have assignments, estimates added in Jira and the time spent is recorded
- Ensure all the tasks in sprint have start and end dates - Scheduling, Tracking, Releases

- Work with customers to plans, schedule and execute the deployment, integration, upgrade, migration activities Obtain feedback on product and service performance and take them to management and cross functional teams to ensure they are added to the product backlog
