AI/ML Engineer

Key Requirements: 

·  Providing technical support to sales team and ensure their success 

·   Should be able to prepare the technical BOM, RFPs/ RFQs depending on the exact need of the customer 

·   Be comfortable engaging at all levels within customers and OEM organizations 

·   Translate customer requirements and IT strategies into deliverable solutions and transformation plan 

·   Architect solutions to meet the unique requirements of Shro emerging customers and deliver proof of   concepts (POCs) and pilot implementations for HCI, Storage Solution, Backup solutions, and virtualization solutions portfolio 

·  Learn new technologies and apply these concepts to customer needs 

·  Define value propositions, positioning and differentiation to competitor’s solutions in addressing customer pain points. 

·  Define and drive a programmatic pre-sales consulting engagement approach into target accounts and territories. 

·  Complete the technical requirement for request for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP) 

·  Support and develop existing customer and partner relationships and skills 

·   Excellent communication and presentation skills over phone, email, webcast, video and public conference. 

·   Should have extreme passion for Technology 

·   Should be a quick learner & should have the ability to adapt new technical skills 

Experience & Technical Skills 

·  More than 5 years’ experience in pre-sales capacity, consultant role with customer focus, or equivalent experience 

·  Excellent communication and presentation skills over phone, email, webcast, video and public conference 

·  Strong technical knowledge in HPE HCI Solution, Virtualization Technologies VMware, Hyper-V, Strong technical knowledge in Storage Management System of HPE, NetAPP,  

·  Experience with Backup Technology Tape Based & Disk Based solutions 

·  Experience with designing Backup Application Software like Veritas, Symantec, Commvault 

·  Hands-On experience of Hypervisors like VMware & HyperV. Backup tools like Veritas & CommVault;  

·  Hands on experience of HPE Server & Storage product line. 

·  Experience of configuration tool like HPE OCA tool   

Technical Certification 

· HPE Server Storage ASE, MASE Certification  

·  VMware Certified Professional 

·  Certifications – in Virtualization, Backup solution, Servers & Storage Consolidation 

Must Have skills :

Experience in Linux Administration

Experience in building, deploying, and monitoring distributed apps using container systems (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS)

Ability to read and understand code (Java / Python / R / Scala)

Experience AWS and tools

Nice to have skills:

Experience in SAS Viya administration

Experience managing large Big Data clusters

Experience in Big Data tools like Hue, Hive, Spark, Jupyter, SAS and R-Studio

• Hiring, developing and managing the creative team
• Keeping abreast with current trends, job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
• Making sure all Visual Management activities are executed and implemented as per the plan and budgets allocated
• Planning, and designing overall user flow & user experience (UX) for e-store/ mobile app to ensure its creative, innovative and user-friendly
• Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays
• Developing visual design and strategies for new collection/category/ product launch
• Developing visual strategies for the display of products on the e-store in a way that will enhance the overall user experience (UX)
• Brainstorming the e-store & Mobile App theme, design ideas, content etc with senior management
• Making detailed guidelines document to develop the User Interface (UI) for new developments and amendments
• Providing instructions and working closely with Graphic Designer for making UI designs and creatives
• Improving social reach & ad engagement and conversion rate.
• Managing the processes related to video shoots, product shoots, lifestyle shoots etc for social media and websites
• Setting up and streamlining process for product and marketing designs to result in an overall performance improvement of the team

• You’ll apply user-focused design processes to create high quality user experiences on our app.
