We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) along with core finance modules including AR, AP, GL, CO, COPA, Product Costing, and Fixed Assets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of SAP Finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP FICO implementations and enhancements
• Configure and manage core modules:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (Fixed Assets)
• Strong hands-on experience in Controlling (CO) including:
• Cost Center Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Profitability Analysis (COPA)
• Product Costing
• Implement and support SAP FSCM modules, including:
• Credit Management
• Collections Management
• Dispute Management
• Treasury & Risk Management
• Work on Treasury processes such as cash management, liquidity planning, and bank communication
• Perform integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP
• Design functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments (RICEF objects)
• Participate in UAT, testing, and deployment activities
• Provide production support and resolve business-critical issues
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and business policies
• Conduct workshops and gather business requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP FICO
• Strong expertise in:
• FSCM (mandatory)
• AR, AP, GL
• CO, COPA
• Product Costing
• Fixed Assets
• Treasury
• At least 1–2 end-to-end implementation experience
• Good understanding of business financial processes
• Experience in S/4HANA Finance (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of integration with MM, SD
• Ability to handle client interactions and stakeholder management
• Experience in configuration, testing, and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• SAP certification in FICO or FSCM is a plus
• Experience in global implementations/support projects
• Knowledge of banking interfaces, EBS, and cash applications

Job Description: SAP SD Consultant (S/4HANA)

Work location: Bengaluru/ Remote (Preferably Bengaluru)

Work Mode: 5 days office

Yeras of experience in SAP SD: 5+ years

• Strong experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) with hands-on expertise in Advanced ATP (aATP) for order fulfillment and availability checks in S/4HANA.
• Configure and manage aATP functionalities including Product Allocation (PAL), Backorder Processing (BOP), and Supply Assignment (ARun).
• Work on end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including sales order management, pricing, delivery, and billing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and optimize order promising and fulfillment processes.
• Perform integration with SAP modules (MM, PP, EWM) and support testing, enhancements, and production issue resolution.

Role: Data Scientist (Python + R Expertise)

Exp: 8 -12 Years

CTC: up to 30 LPA

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–12 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong expertise in Python and R for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, caret, etc.).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, regression, and classification techniques.
• Experience with SQL and working with large-scale structured and unstructured data.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment practices (Docker, MLflow).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with NLP, time series forecasting, or deep learning projects.
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or R Shiny).
• Experience working in product or data-driven organizations.
• Knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management is a plus.
