Role and Responsibilities
- Ability to face customer as AI expert, assisting in client consultations.
- Own the solutioning process, Align AI projects with client requirements.
- Drive the development of AI and ML solutions that address business problems.

- Build, train, and evaluate machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning.
- Establish and maintain best practices and standards for architecture, AI and ML models, innovation, and new technology evaluation.
- Collaborate with software developers to integrate AI capabilities into applications and workflows
- Develop APIs and microservices to serve AI models for real-time or batch inference.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the COE, across teams and provide mentorship/guidance to the team members.
- Implement responsible AI practices, including model explainability, fairness, bias detection, and compliance with ethical standards.
- Experience in deploying AI models into production environments using tools like TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, or container-based deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in AI and ML projects.
- Proven track record of delivering successful AI and ML solutions that address complex business problems.
- Expertise in design, development, deployment and monitoring of AI ML solutions in production.
- Proficiency in various AI and ML techniques and tools, such as deep learning, NLP, computer vision, ML frameworks, cloud platforms, etc.
- 1+ year experience in building Generative AI applications leveraging Prompt Engineering and RAG
- Preference to candidates with experience in Agentic AI, MCP and A2A (Agent2Agent) protocol.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think strategically, creatively and analytically, and to translate business requirements into AI and ML solutions.
- Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest developments and trends in the field of AI and ML.
