Opportunity Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic engineer with experience building Salesforce AppExchange apps to lead the development of Salesforce connectors for our marketing technology products.

What would you do?

·      Collaborate with stakeholders in establishing application requirements, determining features, creating customer-friendly solutions, and determining support needs and performance requirements. 

·      Plan, design, develop, test, and deploy software to satisfy these requirements. 

·      Work according to the agile programming application development methodology adhered to including test-first, iterative development, and continuous re-prioritization.  

·      Support the maintenance of our hosted technology solutions. 

·      Work with other team members in accomplishing group objectives and participating in code reviews. 

·      Ensure timely and robust implementation of the company’s development plans.

·      Ensure that all relevant parties are kept up to date on progress of projects and give feedback on an ongoing basis. 

·      Contribute to the review, selection, and adoption of proprietary tools and technologies. 

·      Use specialist knowledge and experience of information technology to provide technical advice and vision.

Technical Skills

Experience

·      5+ years’ experience in web application design and development 

·      Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience 

Primary Skills

·      Strong background in Front-end technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc. 

·      Experience with node.js

·      An understanding of User Experience and a background in building intuitive interfaces. 

Secondary Skills (nice to have)

·      Experience with Shopify integrations.

·      Experience building native apps for other platforms.

·      Experience with Salesforce APEX, VisualForce, SOQL, etc.

Role TL;DR

As a Finance Associate at Matar, you will play a vital role in managing the financial health of the organization. You will assist with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory filings. This role requires you to work closely with the Finance Manager and founders to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations. Your contributions will directly impact the company's ability to achieve its financial objectives while maintaining compliance with legal requirements.

What will your day-to-day work look like:

• Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of Matar.
• Assist to make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of Matar.
• Assist in completion of financial reports, month-end closing process and thereby enable to conduct monthly financial forecasts.
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Closely work with the Finance Manager and the founders to help maintain the books of accounts in a clean and updated manner.
• Assisting with tax filings, GST, and other compliance-related tasks, which may be relevant depending on Matar's structure.
• Helping identify and mitigate financial risks related to projects or client accounts.
• Supporting the monitoring of cash inflows and outflows to ensure liquidity for day-to-day operations.
• Aid in regularly updating the books of accounts concerning the Vendors and Clients.

We are looking for a Developer who is proficient with Node and has at least 1-3 years of relevant experience. Your primary role will be on developing microservices, while ensuring good coding practices and architecture. You will have end to end ownership of the services you develop, to ensure it is robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, and quality product is important.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable architecture, database design and data pipelines and build out new Data Source integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity
• Design and Develop the Data lake, Data warehouse using Azure Cloud Services
• Assist in designing end to end data and Analytics solution architecture and perform POCs within Azure
• Drive the design, sizing, POC setup, etc. of Azure environments and related services for the use cases and the solutions
