Technical Recruiter Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Recruiter Intern to join our HR/Recruitment team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable technical candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes based on required technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates and assess their interest and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update candidate information in recruitment trackers/ATS.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist recruiters in preparing candidate profiles and submitting suitable candidates to clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, offers, and joining dates.
• Learn and understand various IT technologies, job roles, and technical skills.
• Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.
