About the role:
Devtron is seeking a Technical Content Writer to join the team in Gurugram. This is an internship on-site position that requires excellent communication skills in English. The Technical Content Writer will work with the Marketing and Product teams to write technical documentation, product guides, blogs, videos, and other technical marketing content.
What You’ll Do:
● Execute the content calendar by building and delivering on the roadmap set by the management
● Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation and work closely with the Technology, DevOps, and Marketing teams to make products easier to use. This includes feature guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
● Create long-form content in the form of blogs and case studies among others
● Work closely with the creative teams to represent the content in the most suitable visual format
● Research target audience and industry-related topics
● Apply SEO in our content marketing strategies
● Optimize existing content using keyword research and SEO guidelines
● Repurpose content for different channels (web, email, social media)
● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for content inputs and illustrations
● Audit and update the content regularly to ensure relevance with incremental product feature releases, customer use cases, support issues, and other internal developments
What You’ll Need:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
● Looking for a fresher from the 2025 batch.
● Familiarity with DevOps domain.
● Excellent skills in grammar, minimalist documentation design, and effective information architecture.
● Great teaching skills that translate into amazing written work.
● Experience with a rapidly scaling start-up environment.

- Design and implement features spanning across systems in a manner that satisfies requirements of performance, scale, security and robustness
- Contribute to improvement of technology and execution processes in the company
- Collaborate in setting technology standards with technology leaders across the company
- Serve as a knowledge centre on current and emerging technologies, and help train others when required
- Foster a strong technical culture by mentoring other engineers
- Keep up to date with the latest technologies, evaluate new tools
- Should open to work on Golang.
Relevant Experience and Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in system-level design of large scale distributed systems on OOPs, and experience with web services and service oriented architectures
- Have 7 - 13 years of professional experience in software development.
- Extensive experience with modern open source systems including relational / non relational data stores.
- Experience with AWS stack, at least the common datastores and services
- Experience with containerization technologies and concepts including Docker
- Basic knowledge about security concepts and secure coding
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills in spoken and written English.

You will be responsible for
1. Setting up, maintaining cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and kubernetes cluster and automating
their operation
2. All operational aspects of devtron platform including maintenance, upgrades,
automation.
3. Providing kubernetes expertise to facilitate smooth and fast customer onboarding on
devtron platform
Responsibilities:
1. Manage devtron platform on multiple kubernetes clusters
2. Designing and embedding industry best practices for online services including disaster
recovery, business continuity, monitoring/alerting, and service health measurement
3. Providing operational support for day to day activities involving the deployment of
services
4. Identify opportunities for improving the security, reliability, and scalability of the platform
5. Facilitate smooth and fast customer onboarding on devtron platform
6. Drive customer engagement
Requirements:
● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
● 2+ years working as a devops engineer
● Proficient in 1 or more programming languages (e.g. Python, Go, Ruby).
● Familiar with shell scripts, Linux commands, network fundamentals
● Understanding of large scale distributed systems
● Basic understanding of cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Preferred Qualifications:
● Great analytical and interpersonal skills
● Passion for creating efficient, reliable, reusable programs/scripts.
● Excited about technology, have a strong interest in learning about and playing with the
latest technologies and doing POC.
● Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency and drive.
● Knowledge and experience with cloud native tools like prometheus, kubernetes, docker,
grafana.
