JOB TITLE: Senior Full Stack Developer (SDE-3)

LOCATION: Remote/Hybrid.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing digital systems that deliver optimal end-to-end solutions to our business needs. The work will cover all aspects of software delivery, including working with staff, vendors, and outsourced contributors to build, release and maintain the product.

Fountane operates a scrum-based Agile delivery cycle, and you will be working within this. You will work with product owners, user experience, test, infrastructure, and operations professionals to build the most effective solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Full-stack development on a multinational team on various products across different technologies and industries.
• Optimize the development process and identify continuing improvements.
• Monitor technology landscape, assess and introduce new technology. Own and communicate development processes and standards.
• The job title does not define or limit your duties, and you may be required to carry out other work within your abilities from time to time at our request. We reserve the right to introduce changes in line with technological developments which may impact your job duties or methods of working.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

• Minimum of 3+ years of full-stack development, combined back and front-end experience building fast, reliable web and/or mobile applications.
• Experience with Web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular or Vue) and/or mobile development (e.g., Native, Native Script, React)
• Proficient in at least one JavaScript framework such as React, NodeJs, AngularJS (2. x), or jQuery.
• Ability to optimize product development by leveraging software development processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum six years) of work experience. If you have an Associate’s Degree must have a minimum of 4 years of work experience.
• Fountane's current technology stack driving our digital products includes React.js, Node.js, React Native, Angular, Firebase, Bootstrap, MongoDB, Express, Hasura, GraphQl, Amazon Web Services(AWS), and Google Cloud Platform.

JOB TITLE: Associate UIUX Designer

LOCATION: Hyderabad - Hybrid (2 days a week)

As our Associate UI/UX Designer, you will be filling the role of a behavioural scientist in a design environment. Your primary mission will be to understand our user and business needs, product requirements and transform that understanding into user-focused and intuitive products, interfaces, and platforms for mobile and web.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Following the full design process, from conducting user and market research to

conceptualizing and designing a product for the company.

• Highly analytical, creative, and consistently demonstrates high-quality design, writing, and presentation skills.
• Confident to justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
• Understanding & implementing research methodologies
• Assisting with the development of product design strategy.
• Determining customer goals and defining the product interactions necessary to achieve them.
• Compiling user, business, and technical requirements to create product information architecture.
• Creating wireframes and prototypes that illustrate key product interactions.
• Working with the core design team to develop layout and visuals.
• Collaborating with the product development team to ensure an efficient customer journey.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

• 2-3 years of work experience in UX or interaction design
• Strong work portfolio that demonstrates systematic and creative design thinking as well as a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices.
• Proven well-designed examples of responsive grid-based layouts
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Ability to manage time wisely across projects and competing priorities, meet agreed-upon deadlines, and be accountable for work.
• Proficiency in Information architecture, wireframing, and design thinking, applied knowledge of visual design, typography, color, layout, and information hierarchy.
• Experience in working with a cross-functional team or large-scale software development lifecycle, including waterfall and agile methodologies.

We're looking for someone who loves to solve problems and enjoys building algorithms and that identify all possible scenarios. You must enjoy breaking down a problem statement into smaller chunks and have a knack of designing scalable apps using modular pieces.

A Senior Automation Test Engineer with 4-5 years of experience is responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet specified requirements and quality standards.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Build automated scripts for driving application tests.
• Record and maintain source control of automation scripts.
• Participate in review of project requirements to understand test objectives, to provide input on testability of requirements and estimation for the testing activities.
• Provide the testing approach, develop the automation test strategy, testing framework for automation testing projects..
• Design the test case, writing the automation scripts.
• Collaborative with project team to understand project objectives, gather automation requirements, design automated tests, and troubleshoot issues.
• Contribute to the building of continuous Integration (CI) environment and ongoing Process improvement activities.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss and agree on automation testing approach.
• Do manual testing when the project needed.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

• ISTQB Certificate or equivalence.
• Experience in working with the CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, Git, or equivalent)
• Experience in Automated API Testing, Performance Testing and Security Testing

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, working remotely from India. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our design teams and development teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business analysis, with a knack for creating detailed documentation and diagrams that clarify complex processes and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Documentation & Analysis: Develop comprehensive documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and functional specifications, to support project objectives and deliverables.

- Collaboration & Communication**: Act as a liaison between design teams, development teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements.
