About the Role
We are looking for a QA Engineer who is passionate about quality, automation, and building scalable testing practices in a product-based environment. This role requires a strong mix of hands-on automation expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
● Own end-to-end quality assurance strategy for the product across web and mobile platforms
● Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks and test suites
● Actively contribute as a hands-on automation engineer while mentoring the QA team
● Define and enforce QA processes, best practices and quality benchmarks
● Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Design teams throughout the SDLC
● Review test plans, test cases, automation coverage and defect metrics
● Ensure timely and high-quality releases in an agile development environment
● Drive continuous improvement in testing efficiency, tools, and methodologies
Qualification/Skills required-
● 2–5 years of overall QA experience, preferably in a product-based company
● Strong hands-on experience in test automation (mandatory)
● Experience with automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium,etc.)
● Solid understanding of manual testing, automation testing, API testing and regression testing
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation into release workflows
● Exposure to performance or security testing
● Experience testing scalable, consumer-facing products
