Role Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and managing the end-to-end sales funnel, driving B2B partnerships, and expanding Aivagam’s presence across institutions and enterprises. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking ability, and hands-on experience in B2B sales within the education or technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a structured sales funnel from lead generation to closure.
• Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients (colleges, training institutes, enterprises, etc.).
• Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach and revenue growth.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultative discussions with decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, and leadership) to align sales strategy with business goals.
• Track pipeline performance, prepare sales reports, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Represent Aivagam at industry events, meetings, and networking forums.
• Travel as required to meet clients and close business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or technology solutions).
• Strong understanding of sales funnel management and business development strategies.
• Excellent command over English (verbal and written communication).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively as part of business development efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to educational institutions or corporate training departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Manage IT network and client systems as well as daily technical operations that meet and exceed the school’s education and business technology requirements

Support long-term IT-based educational programs that enhance the delivery of education services and development of the school community

Overview of Responsibilities:

The IT Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day implementation, to realize fault tolerance of key IT area. Support and maintenance in the following areas:

1.  Manage the procurement of IT systems.
2.  Lead the IT team in providing Help Desk services for Teaching staff and Students with IT based educational programs that enhance the delivery of teaching and learning.
3.  Prepare and manage the IT infrastructure budget and account for IT fixed assets.
4.  Coordinate IT infrastructure and support requirements with Academic IT Staff, and provide technical support for IT development projects in the Schools.  Work closely with Academic IT Staff in management and control of teaching software purchases, databases, and configuration control of Staff Laptops.
5.  Provide technical support to national IT infrastructure projects for schools and new facility development ensuring consistency in implementation and policy.

The IT Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day implementation, support and maintenance in the following areas:

Network

1.  Direct daily maintenance to ensure maximum reliability and minimum service interruption
2.  Manage installation of required updates on infrastructure and client systems
3.  Maintain core services
4.  Recommend and implement changes and system enhancements to improve the network

Client platforms

1.  Set up, install and maintain desktops and laptops in the school
2.  Ensure standard configurations across the deployed systems
3.  Directly and with third party vendors manage the repair and servicing of equipment
4.  To seamlessly connect with the IT infrastructure in the new site, ensure the IT operation in the new site goes well

Software

1.  Ensure all software is properly licensed
2.  Manage the installation and upgrade schedules for educational and business software
3.  Provide technical support for school management, accounting and educational software
4.  Assist the teaching staff in identifying and integrating educational software available in India  and internationally

IT security

1.  Ensure all LANs and VPNs are secure from both electronic and physical intrusion
2.  Review and maintain a proper level of access and password control
3.  Ensure data integrity through routine database scans
4.  Establish a disaster recovery plan
5.  Guarantee network data is backed up on a daily basis

Reprographics

1.  Work with third party vendors to ensure the reprographics equipment runs smoothly
2.  Provide technical support as needed

Audio/ visual equipment

1.  Maintain the school’s inventory of audio/ visual equipment
2.  Assist in the installation and setup of equipment as needed

IT training and help desk support

1.  Provide training for both educational and business applications as needed
2.  Ensure proper procedures and staffing are in place to respond to teaching and admin staff requests in a timely manner
3.  Analyze problems, develop solutions, arrange preventive measures and maintain clear and consistent communications with internal customers on IT issues  

New facility development

1.  With the Project Manager, develop IT infrastructure plans and budgets
2.  Prepare IT and telecom cabling plans
3.  Identify hardware and software requirements
4.  Manage purchasing, installation and servicing of equipment with third party vendors
5.  Conduct infrastructure and product testing
6.  Manage IT handover and acceptance procedures

General requirements

1.  Maintain an inventory of all IT, audio/ visual equipment and licenses
2.  Ensure consistent documentation of the operating environment
3.  Develop the annual IT plan and budget with the Head of Technology
4.  Evaluate and set standards for hardware and software
5.  Develop change management schemes that smooth the transition to new equipment and procedures earning speedy acceptance of new equipment and upgrades
6.  Perform general IT duties as required

Skills and Experience Required:
