• 12 - 16 years of experience in Enterprise Software Product Engineering (Development/Quality) 
• Working experience with Enterprise SaaS product companies 
• 6+ years of experience in leading/managing multi-discipline activities - manual, automation, performance and security testing. 
• Experience with AI powered test automation frameworks like Playwright, TestRigor etc is preferable. 
• Experience with security and performance testing tools like BurpSuite, Locust, K6 etc   
• Strong experience in generating and presenting data/metric driven reports to exec/C-level stakeholders. 
• Self drive to achieve team and organization goals with high ROI 
• Result oriented collaborator and enabler of success. 
• Preferred: 
• Enterprise software experience withing the Life Sciences industry and good understanding of GxP requirements 
• Knowledge of cloud native, distributed architecture 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall strategy, execution, reporting of ValGenesis’s platform/integration testing activities 
• Own the strategic vision and establish the Software QA processes, tools, frameworks. Ensure, Monitor and Measure of the same in terms of rollout, adoption, results. 
• Change advocate of lean and efficient working – Processes, Tools, Resources. 
• Work with the engineering and cross-functional leaders along with the developers/testers to achieve continuous and incremental quality improvement across all products. 
• Own and deliver automation, security, performance testing frameworks/tools/strategies.  
• Enable the adoption of such tools/frameworks during development phase. 
• Build tools to monitor and generate metrics of all QA activities - test definition, execution, results, production incidents etc. 
• Build a strategy and deliver capabilities to fully automate computer software validation for all product releases. 
• Build and sustain high performance teams – Hiring, Performance and Talent Management 

Responsibilities

• Understand the business requirements and technical constraints and architect/design/develop.
• Participate in the complete development life cycle.
• Lead and Review the architecture/design/code of self and others.
• Develop enterprise application features/services using Azure cloud services, C# .NET Core, ReactJS etc, implementing AI-DevSecOps principles.
• Act as a hands-on technical leader of a scrum team.
• Own and be accountable for the Quality, Performance, Security and Sustenance of the respective product deliverables.
• Strive for self-excellence along with enabling success of the team/stakeholders.
• Appraise the performance of self, peers and team members.

Requirements:

• 6 to 10 years of experience in developing enterprise software products, with cloud native stack
• Strong knowledge of C# / .NET Core
• Working knowledge of the JS frameworks – React
• Good experience in automating development using combination of AI tools - Claude + CoPilot + MCP
• Strong experience in Micro-Services and/or Micro-Frontend architecture
• Strong experience in container-based development, AKS, Service Fabric etc
• Strong experience in messaging queue systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka
• Experience in Azure Services like Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions
• Experience in Relational and No-SQL databases like MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Preferable experience in integrating LLMs, vector databases, RAG into production apps.
• Experience in coaching/guiding/leading a scrum team of junior, senior full stack engineers
• Experience in owning/driving end to end development of multiple functional modules/areas (incl testing, performance testing, deployment)
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product owners, senior management etc.
• Strong knowledge of Code Quality, Code Monitoring, Performance Engineering, Test Automation Tools
• Knowledge of reporting solutions like PowerBI, Apache SuperSet etc
