What You’ll Build?

As an Engineering Intern, you’ll work alongside our engineering team to build and improve products used by real customers.

Depending on your interests and the team’s priorities, you’ll:

● Build backend services, APIs, and platform features.

● Develop user-facing features across our web applications.

● Work with databases, cloud services, and third-party integrations.

● Debug production issues and improve system reliability.

● Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.

● Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

● Learn how modern software is designed, built, deployed, and monitored.

Your work won’t be a demo project—it will ship to production.

What We’re Looking For?

We’re looking for people who enjoy solving problems more than collecting technologies on their résumé.

You’ll likely succeed if you:

● Are pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

● Have strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills.

● Understand data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.

● Are comfortable with at least one programming language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go.

● Understand the basics of databases, REST APIs, and Git.

● Learn quickly and enjoy exploring unfamiliar technologies.

● Communicate clearly and work well in a collaborative environment.

Bonus Points:

Experience with any of these is helpful but not required:

● Node.js, FastAPI, Spring Boot, or Django

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design, develop, and maintain low-latency, high-performance enterprise applications using Core Java (Java 5.0 and above).
• Implement and integrate APIs using Spring Framework and Apache CXF.
• Build microservices-based architecture for scalable and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high/low-level design, development, and deployment of software solutions.
• Optimize performance through efficient multithreading, memory management, and algorithm design.
• Ensure best coding practices, conduct code reviews, and perform unit/integration testing.
• Work with RDBMS (preferably Sybase) for backend data integration.
• Analyze complex business problems and deliver innovative technology solutions in the financial/trading domain.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4– 12 years of strong hands-on experience in Core Java.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Proven experience with Spring, CXF, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience working with Sybase or other relational databases.
• Expertise in multithreading, concurrency, and high-throughput server-side development.
• Exposure to capital markets, sales & trading platforms, or similar financial services applications.
• Good working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience in solution architecture and design documentation is a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

We have an urgent requirement for a Senior Full Stack Lead with strong backend expertise and solid solutioning experience and development experience

The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of designing scalable solutions, and experienced in leading development across web and mobile platforms.

You must have:

• Experience in the design, development, and deployment of large-scale enterprise applications with multiple tiers
• Exposure on agile test-driven development for robustness, usability, reliability, security and performance.
• Strong technical aptitude for any programming language, preferred, Core JAVA and Spring Boot and other Spring libraries, Eureka, Hystrix etc.
• Experience of creating architecture or developing web services using Open source technologies and to integrate applications with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra
• Solid understanding of OOPS, algorithms and data structures.
• Experience on Kafka / Scala / Storm / Elastic Search and Web Services like RESTful.
• Experience in building highly scalable distributed systems
• Extensive experience with version control systems (Git is preferred) and issue tracking systems (JIRA is preferred)
