Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for IT positions, from understanding client requirements and job descriptions to posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and successfully closing positions.
- Sourcing & Talent Pooling: Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract top IT talent. Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
