Strong Backend Engineer Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on Backend Engineering experience building production-grade systems in a B2B SaaS or product environment

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong backend development experience using at least one backend framework such as FastAPI / Django (Python), Spring (Java), or Express (Node.js)

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have a solid understanding of backend fundamentals, including API development, service-oriented architecture, data structures, algorithms, and clean coding practices

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including efficient data modeling and query optimization

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs and backend services, including integrations with external systems (CRMs, payment gateways, ERPs, data platforms, etc.)

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS / GCP / Azure) and be familiar with Git-based collaborative development workflows

Mandatory (Domain) – Experience with financial systems, billing platforms, fintech applications, or SaaS revenue-related workflows is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT sales.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand client base within the US staffing market.
• Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold-calling efforts.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
• Understand client staffing needs, requirements, and challenges to provide tailored workforce solutions.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to align staffing solutions with client demands and expectations.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs established by the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the US staffing or recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing market, including industry trends, client needs, and competitor landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Skills: Java, spring, hibernate, AWS(mandatory), microservices architecture, redis(good to have)

Team Size: Current team size of tech team is 65+

Interview Process: 4 rounds( 1st round - Problem Solving/Data Structures, 2nd Round- Coding, 3rd Round- Technical Discussion and Final round with the HR).

 Experience with containerization technologies such as Dockers and Kubernetes.

 Experience with cloud providers such as AWS or Azure.

 Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
