equired Skills:

• 6–10 years of hands-on experience in C++ development for embedded or automotive systems.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols: TCP/IP, UDP.
• Experience working with RTOS, bare-metal or Linux-based embedded environments.
• Exposure to Aerospace standards and development lifecycle (e.g., DO-178C, ARP4754) is a must.
• Good understanding of microcontroller/microprocessor architectures.
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), debugging tools, and performance tuning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·        Threat hunting experience is must.

·        Familiarity with threat intelligence sources and frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, Diamond Model, Cyber Kill Chain).

·     Ability to proactively find cybersecurity threats and mitigate them.

·        Knowledge about Advanced persistent threats and treat actors, their TTPs. Ability to recognize attack patterns and corelate them with specific threat actors.

·        Ability to obtain as much information on threat behaviour, goals and methods as possible.

Knowledge of Analytics platforms for carrying out detailed analytics of obtained telemetry.

• Experience in developing enterprise wide web-based n-Tier applications using Microsoft and JavaScript technology stack.
• Fluent knowledge and hands-on experience in C# ASP.Net WebAPI with .Net Core/ .Net 5+, Angular (4/5+) with TypeScript, Angular Material, CSS, HTML 5, Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of nHibernate, IoC Containers, any SQL DB and any NoSQL DB would be an added advantage.
• Having experience in container technology (Kubernetes/Dockers) and microservices implementation would be an added advantage.
• Hands on experience in unit testing using tools like xUnit and mocking framework etc. CI/CD process are an added advantage
• Good knowledge and experience of OOAD, SOA and RESTful based patterns and implementation.
• Good understanding of Design patterns and their implementation
• Should be able to work independently with new technologies

To ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance and stewardship across all phases of operations within the solar panel and battery manufacturing plant. This role will lead the implementation of proactive risk mitigation strategies, promote a culture of safety, and ensure sustainable and legally compliant environmental practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the HSE vision, policies, and systems aligned with corporate objectives and government regulations.

- Guide the organization towards a safety-first culture with clear KPIs for safety performance.

- Influence cross-functional teams to incorporate HSE into business planning and operational execution.

- Ensure compliance with Indian and international HSE laws, including Factories Act, Environment Protection Act, and Battery Waste Management Rules.

- Liaise with regulatory bodies such as MoEFCC, MPCB, and DISH for necessary approvals, inspections, and reporting.

- Oversee implementation of safety procedures specific to solar cell manufacturing (e.g., chemical handling) and battery production (e.g., lithium-ion risks).

- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.

- Monitor plant operations for potential environmental and safety hazards using modern risk assessment tools (e.g., HAZOP, FMEA).

- Design and execute regular safety drills, workshops, and certifications.

- Mentor site HSE managers and create a strong safety culture at all levels of the plant.

- Ensure behavioral safety programs and toolbox talks are embedded in daily routines.

- Sustainability and Environmental Management

- Develop programs for waste management, emissions control, water conservation, and clean energy usage.

- Implement ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 frameworks across the facility.

- Promote circular economy principles in battery lifecycle and solar module disposal.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field.

- NEBOSH/IOSH Certification or equivalent HSE qualification mandatory.

- 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a large-scale manufacturing or energy plant.

- Deep understanding of solar and battery-specific safety and environmental risks.
