About the role
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Design team and shape how the world sees Blitzy's revolutionary AI platform. You'll work directly with our sales, marketing, growth and design teams to create compelling visual assets that communicate complex AI concepts with clarity and impact. From designing polished sales decks that help close enterprise deals to creating infographics that make technical concepts accessible, your work will be instrumental in driving Blitzy's growth. This role requires someone who can balance creative excellence with startup velocity—delivering high-quality designs under tight deadlines while maintaining our brand standards. Areas of Ownership
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for:
Sales Enablement Materials
- Designing high-impact sales decks and presentations that help close enterprise deals
- Creating customizable pitch deck templates for different buyer personas
- Developing visual frameworks for communicating Blitzy's value proposition
- Designing case study layouts that showcase customer ROI and success stories
Marketing Collateral
- Creating infographics that simplify complex AI and software development concepts
- Designing reports, whitepapers, and thought leadership materials
- Developing digital assets for web, email campaigns, and social media
- Creating event materials including banners, signage, and branded swag designs
Brand Development
- Maintaining and evolving Blitzy's visual brand guidelines
- Creating consistent design systems for typography, color, and components
- Developing icon sets and illustration styles that enhance our brand identity
- Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
Data Visualization
- Designing charts, graphs, and data visualizations for marketing materials
- Creating visual representations of platform capabilities and features
- Developing infographic templates for recurring content needs
Required Skills and Experience
- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS
- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent portfolio)
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sales and marketing collateral design
- Experience creating presentation decks and pitch materials
- Excellent typography and layout skills
- Understanding of data visualization best practices
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Experience working directly with sales and marketing teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for AI/ML or enterprise software companies
- Proficiency in Figma or other collaborative design tools
- Knowledge of presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote)
