1. Must have 5 to 7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.

2. Must have atleast 2 to 3 years of experince in team leading or handling. (should be currently in team lead role and should have experience in handling a team of 9 to 10 members).

3. Must have experience hiring across multiple countries/regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas), ( global hiring experience is required ).

4. Must have experience working in SaaS, tech, or high-growth startup companies.

5. Candidate should have experience in Employee Branding. (preferably in SaaS based companies).

7. Must have strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar).

8. Must be able to lead, coach, and manage a global TA team with daily hiring targets.

9. Must be capable of end-to-end hiring for critical and leadership roles across regions.

10. Must have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across time zones.

11. Must have strong understanding of global talent markets, sourcing trends, and remote hiring practices.

Strong Partner Sales Profile (Cloud / Enterprise Ecosystem)

Mandatory (Total Experience): Must have 1+years of B2B sales experience in Cloud / IT Services OR partner / enterprise solution sales exposure within BFSI, Manufacturing, or Pharmaceutical sectors

Mandatory (Experience 1 – Partner / Channel Sales): Must have experience working with channel partners, system integrators, resellers, or strategic alliances

Mandatory (Experience 2 – Partner-Led Deal Execution): Must have supported or driven partner-led sales cycles, including requirement alignment, proposal coordination, and deal closure

Roles & Responsibilities :

-Calling domestic customers who are looking for business-related software in different verticals.

-Gathering their requirements and giving them proper consultation about the software.

-Understanding prospect's requirements and qualifying the leads under correct categories.

-Dialing on all the leads received on categories that are assigned without fail. 

Requirement :

-The candidate should be fluent in the English language.

-Should have at least 1 year of experience in the international or domestic calling process.

-Should have good communication skills.

• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
• Provide administrative support to various departments, including typing, filing, and scheduling meetings
• Assist with vendor management tasks, such as maintaining vendor records, processing orders, and resolving vendor inquiries
• Perform basic accounting tasks, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent or higher; additional education or certification in office administration or accounting is a plus
• Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

As an IT Product Sales Person at UTS, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our IT product sales within the Chennai region. You will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, understanding their IT requirements, and presenting them with tailored solutions from our product portfolio. Your role will involve building and nurturing client relationships, collaborating with the sales team, and contributing to the achievement of revenue targets.

• Hands-on with Spring boot and Java coding. Core Java- Java 8/1.8.
• Experience should be with Springboot, Hibernate & Microservices
• Should be well versed with Microservices, OOPS, MVC Architecture, Web services & API development.
• Should be really strong in concepts and should be able to work independently
• Experience in web services connection

Must have:

• Hands on experience in E-Commerce projects. 
• At least 3 years of IT experience in Hybris Commerce development 
• End-to-end implementation experience using SAP Hybris  
• Hands on experience in Java, JEE, REST, Spring, JQuery, JUnit & ant 
• Working experience in Hybris modules such as Impex, cronjobs, workflow, service layer APIs, flexiblesearch 
• Working knowledge of Hybris commerce platform that includes WCMS, Order Management, Payment, BTG, Vouchers, Customer Service, Print, i18N features 
• Ability to write clean code 
• Passion for engineering world-class solutions to complex business problems 
• Experienced in working in an AGILE Environment 
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  
  

Desired Skills:

• Good experience with Solr / Endeca / FredHopper or any other search engines 
• Know-how of different deployment strategies and configuration settings for memory, cache, JVM and DB Knowledge of selenium (webdriver) or any other UI testing framework 
• Experience in integrating Hybris Commerce with other 3rd party systems 
• Knowledge of hybris Order Management and hybris Data Hub is desired but not essential.
