Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Conducting tax planning and tax oversight for a special project.
2. Preparing income tax returns
3. Oversee the duties of the accounting team.

7. Control the master data of the general register.
8. Review and release online banking payments.

11. Manage the full financial process.
12. Prepare an expense budget report

• Planning:
o Plan to ensure that the weekly and monthly targets are met for each and every individual of the team.
o Conduct reviews for the team members’ performance and take corrective actions, if any

• Marketing:
o Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends and plan marketing activities
o Generate customer leads by running various marketing campaigns in their region

• Analytics:
o Utilize sales data to understand market trends and potential, and furnish reports
o Develop and optimize sales processes to continuously improve

• Sales:
o Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to prospective customers
o Understand customer’s requirements and pitch services accordingly from the available product offerings of the company
o Heavily sales driven work, with a team handling of 10-20 people.
o Reach out to customers through cold calling and schedule for final sales

• Hiring, developing and managing the creative team
• Keeping abreast with current trends, job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
• Making sure all Visual Management activities are executed and implemented as per the plan and budgets allocated
• Planning, and designing overall user flow & user experience (UX) for e-store/ mobile app to ensure its creative, innovative and user-friendly
• Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays
• Developing visual design and strategies for new collection/category/ product launch
• Developing visual strategies for the display of products on the e-store in a way that will enhance the overall user experience (UX)
• Brainstorming the e-store & Mobile App theme, design ideas, content etc with senior management
• Making detailed guidelines document to develop the User Interface (UI) for new developments and amendments
• Providing instructions and working closely with Graphic Designer for making UI designs and creatives
• Improving social reach & ad engagement and conversion rate.
• Managing the processes related to video shoots, product shoots, lifestyle shoots etc for social media and websites
• Setting up and streamlining process for product and marketing designs to result in an overall performance improvement of the team

 

What you need to have:

Position : - Technical Product Head (VP Engineering)The role encompasses multi-dimensional responsibilities. The candidate would be responsible for complete ownership of the technical delivery of our flagship product. He would be leading the entire technical team comprising of Core Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Devs, System Engineers etc. The candidate would be expected to oversee the entire product lifecycle. Technical expertise in web based applications (J2EE) is a must, and the candidate should have an eye for latest technology trends. Adoption of best practices, platforms and technologies is one of the key responsibilities. Understanding the viewpoint of the customer and market, and transforming it into high quality, scalable and robust technology output is expected. Exposure to cloud platforms and ability to convert on prime solutions to cloud solutions is a value add. Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field from Premium Institutes - A strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive. - Being a strong leader, mentor, and people manager. - Experience in building and running distributed systems for 24x7 online services at scale. - 10+ years of work experience in software development and 5+ years as a leadership role. - Track record of data-driven decisions. - Knowledge of Object-Oriented Design, data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis. - Experience in defining and executing professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle. - Strong analytic and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. - Strengths in problem-solving, issue resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience. Engaging and influencing peers and executives. - Experience in machine learning design practices and implementation. - Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners. - Demonstrated ability to work with business, legal, engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver products/services
