Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities

• Build and ship end-to-end features across frontend and backend.
• Write clean, efficient code in TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js.
• Contribute to AI simulation and assessment logic.
• Collaborate with design and product to deliver fast.
• Participate in AI-based code reviews to shorten release cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS or equivalent.
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, async patterns, REST, database design.
• Hands-on with React/Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL/Prisma.
• Excited to work across frontend, backend, DevOps, and design interfaces.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AWS.

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design and quality products is important.

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js

• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code

• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

JOB DESCRIPTION - UI UX DESIGNER

Skills Required:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, indesign) (After Effect will be a great add on), Sketch, Figma, Basic Html understanding, Basic knowledge on user journey and user usability.

Primary Function:

Overall responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Should have experience researching problem statements and designing solutions that meet the desired UX goals and stakeholder requirements

1. Should be able to rapidly prototype ideas; pen and paper will do for mockups. Should be familiar with prototyping tools or front end code for higher fidelity prototyping

1. Good communication skills. Must be able to communicate idea to all stakeholders product, engineering and design

1. Must have average above average knowledge of the Adobe Suite
2. Must be able to look at the product as a whole to design workflows that scale
3. Must be able to measure UX changes and suggest further improvements
4. Should be able to build UI components that meet the desired UX. Should be able to understand and respect the UX8. Should follow the style guide and design according to the guidelines

1. Understanding of typography, typographic grid, grid based systems, design frameworks and responsive design principles is required. Should be able to adapt and extend the style guide as required and define new UI components when needed

7. Define the product roadmap, release models and delivery the same. 
8. Responsible for sourcing, identifying and generation of new ideas, based on internal intelligence, user behavioral trends, market analysis and revenue maximization. 
9. Preparation of the product note/policies as per the guidelines and benchmarking the product features with the peers.
