Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be on the front lines — onboarding restaurants, setting up powerful offers, and helping them succeed on Clink. You'll act like a mini-growth consultant for our partners.
We want someone who's great with people, strong with numbers, and fluent with AI tools — because this is smart business building. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in hustle, loves talking to people, and wants to see real results from their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Pitch Clink’s value proposition and get restaurants use our product
- Explain our product in simple terms and increase usage
- Train staff to use the Clink dashboard effectively
- Use AI tools and Canva (or similar) to create sample creatives and show value
- Suggest ways to improve customer retention and maximize offer redemptions
- Build strong, lasting relationships with partners to drive retention
- Meet monthly onboarding and activation targets
- Share on-ground insights to help improve product and ops
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (F&B is a plus)
- Great communicator who can build trust fast
- Comfortable doing field visits and talking to business owners
- Good with numbers — you understand margins, discounts, and ROI
- Fluency with AI tools (like ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
- Basic design skills using Canva or AI image tools to create visual offers
- Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and persistent
- Smart thinker who can act as a growth partner to restaurants
