Position Summary

The Senior HR Executive - People Experience will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional employee experiences across onboarding, recruitment, engagement, and HRMS management. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively to ensure processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with CNH’s core values.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding

• Coordinate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to deliver induction programs.
• Facilitate documentation, verification, and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during onboarding.

2. Recruitment

• Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts.
• Partner with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
• Maintain a talent pipeline by leveraging social media platforms, job portals, and referral programs.
• Conduct pre-employment checks and reference verifications to ensure quality hiring.

3. Employee Engagement

• Design and implement programs that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and retention.
• Plan and execute initiatives such as town halls, team-building activities, and feedback surveys.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide resolution to concerns in a timely manner.
• Analyze engagement metrics to recommend and implement improvements.

4. HRMS Management

• Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee data in the HRMS system.
• Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in HR functions, including onboarding, recruitment, employee engagement, and HRMS.
• Proficient in HRMS tools, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the frontend components of the Camera AI and gym & trainer management software.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional, responsive web applications.
• Ensure the applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with responsive design principles and front-end optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with WebRTC or other real-time communication technologies.
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Must Have : 

• At least 3-5 years of experience in AS400 as a WMS solution
• At least 3 years experience in end to end implementations, Rollout / support experience and warehouse automation.
• Strong customizing experience / Configuration experience
• Knowledge of cross integration - API & other interconnection methods
• Strong knowledge on SQL database query
• Ability to write technical documentation from Business requirements
• Knowledge on programming language like Report Program Generator and SQL
• Worked on setting up warehouse structure and expertise in all the processes Inbound,Outbound, Internal Cross docking etc. 
• Functional consulting experience to enable strong decision making
• Provide users with expert guidance on the features and usage of the process and tool
• Analyze user configuration,unit test, Integration testing 
• Having an strong understanding on automation and mechanization projects like conveyor , Auto guided vehicles 
• Assist the users with user acceptance testing and the On floor go live Support 
• Technical skills to write codes, Debug, Find the root cause of issue and provide the permanent solutions.
• Having knowledge on ticketing and defect management tools 
• Knowledge on integration technologies like JSON, MFS, RFC, MFS to communicate with other ERP & transactional systems.

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of experience
• Strong proficiency in data engineering concepts and practices.
• Extensive experience in applying data science and machine learning techniques.
• Working knowledge of extracting information from unstructured data sources, particularly PDFs.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT and Gemini.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques.
• Practical experience in building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Experience in processing large volumes of unstructured data, preferably in the insurance, legal, or healthcare sectors.
• Proven experience in extracting valuable insights from diverse data sets.
• Familiarity with Vector Databases, Azure Cloud, LangChain, Lama Index, and OCR tools and techniques.
• Working knowledge of PDF to text extraction tools like PDFMiner, PyMuPDF, or PDFPlumber, OCR tools.
• Skilled in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI models.

Good to have:

Working knowledge of Python and libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.

Preferred Qualifications:

BE/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.

• As a founding member of the Product team, you will be responsible for managing the roadmap, features and manage the product lifecycle of the Niro credit applications.

• Setup data-driven experiments to optimize for key metrics, conversions etc.
