Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing and Overseeing Project Deliverables: You will be responsible for ensuring that project objectives are met by effectively managing and overseeing project deliverables, timelines, and available resources.

Qualifications and Skills:

• You will work directly with the two co-founders in helping the company to achieve its strategic and operational goals, by delivering key internal and external projects that are critical to the success of the company

Description:

As the Operations Manager, you will analyse the current state operations, propose workflows and tools that drive improvements to the app or for addressing country-specific needs. Identify and execute on opportunities, to streamline workflows and increase collaboration and productivity across the team. You will proactively track risks/issues with development, ensure business requirements are met, and advocate for future enhancements. Support the leadership team in implementing new ideas effectively within the Uable culture and manage change to maximise adoption of new tools or processes. Define operational metrics and develop reporting tools as needed, for leadership to understand business performance.

Your role/responsibilities:

• Understand the operational framework and work on efficient delivery mechanisms for customer support, Event management & programme management
• Build effective processes to handle escalations ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with learning design, product, growth, analytics teams to manage/execute the right processes.
• Ability to partner with global cross-functional business partners, engineering teams, and senior management, to identify and define short-term and long-term solutions to operational challenges.
• Leadership experience in process improvement and programme management experience in startups is a plus
• Coordinating cross function for implementing and execution of events, managing communication, managing event feedback surveys, handling post-event reports.
• Manage our events calendar, assisting with event marketing, monitoring timeframes, and delivering on event brief objectives. 

Skills/Qualifications (good to have):

• Proficient in Office Suite and Lead Management Software & project management skills
• Work with the Product Owners and coordinate with project managers and other departments to get projects released on time.

years of program management office (PMO)  with an ability to think tactically as well as strategically while leading cross functional teams in a matrixed environment. He is single point of contact for Delivery PMO and Process Governance. The primary goal of this candidate is to achieve benefits from standardizing and following project management policies, processes, and methods to be leveraged by multiple project owners. The candidate should have the ability to provide a decision support information for stakeholders (including executives) to make appropriate decisions. The candidate should also could underpin the project delivery mechanisms ensuring that all business change in an organization is managed in a controlled way.

Responsibilities:

• Transparency: providing information with a single source of the truth. Information should be relevant and accurate to support effective decision-making by stakeholders (including senior management).
• Reusability: stopping project teams from reinventing the wheel by being a central point for lessons learned templates and best practice.
• Delivery : making it easy for project teams to do their jobs by reducing bureaucracy, mentoring and process compliance. Positions Overview: UNIFY is looking for a Technical Program Manager for our E-Commerce product Team to gather requirements, manage objectives and build internal stakeholder relationships for the Engineering Team at StockX.

This position will help build a cross-functional team to drive the implementation and deployment of completed designs, develop and document requirements, budgets and project schedules. The TPM will assist in creating a data-driven culture that will change the way decisions are made, accelerate our business and create a new mindset as it pertains to the power of data.

As the Technical Program Manager, you are an exceptionally strong communicator, both written and verbally, and possess 7+ years of experience in tactical project management of highly technical initiatives, as well as strategic program management. Experience in managing large-scale, real-time Web programming, data pipelines and data solutions (lakes, databases, services) is a plus. You will help focus our data team, define the data roadmap and ensure stakeholders objectives are prioritized and met.

The TPM will be competent in a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and exhibit demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking. Other requirements include experience with Jira, Confluence, project management tools and G-Suite.
