Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Lead frontend architecture and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.

- Drive the development of high-quality web applications using React.js, Next.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript

practices.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and technical discussions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, designers, and product managers.

- Optimize frontend performance, SEO, accessibility, and responsiveness.

- Maintain a reusable component library with adherence to design systems and frontend best practices.

- Define and enforce coding standards and development workflows.

- Stay updated with the latest frontend trends and bring innovation to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in frontend development with React.js (including at least 1 year in a lead or

mentoring role)

- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with Redux, Next.js, RESTful APIs, and component-driven development

- Proficient with UI frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, or Bootstrap

- Familiar with testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library

- Exposure to backend fundamentals or APIs (Node.js, Java, Python - a plus)

- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities

Nice to Have :

- Experience with other frontend frameworks like Vue.js or Angular

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Essential Qualification:

(i) Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences/ MVSc or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent

and

(ii) Four year’s experience in Research and Development in industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services

OR

Doctoral Degree in Science/ Engineering/ Technology/ Pharma/ MD/ MS from a recognized University or equivalent

Desirable Qualification: Full stack developer with demonstrable experience in working with different operating systems, Programming Languages (Shell Scripts, Python, C, MySQL, MariaDB, SQLite, HTML, PHP), Database Server (MySQL, OpenLDAP), Apache and NGINX Web Server, hands-on experience with application performance indicators like red metrics etc and Unity3D. Experience in React Native, online mentoring and content creation. Machine learning and evolutionary biology knowledge will be an added advantage. Previous experience in game development is highly desirable.

Recognizing the manpower needs and taking them to the HR Manager for approval

• Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various 

platforms

• Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules.

• Managing and handling the orientation of new employees.

• Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development 

programs for employees with HR Heads.

• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, 

compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a database programmer
• Excellent MySQL/PostgreSQL/MS-SQL development skills
• Experience in writing stored views, procedures, triggers etc.
• Excellent knowledge in RDBMS (important features)
• Strong problem-solving skills, technical troubleshooting, and diagnosing
• Solid knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL technologies
• Experience in developing back-ends for enterprise systems
• Knowledge of debugging, performance and optimization techniques
• Experience in RDBMS technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.

• Reach out to creators and build a strong pipeline of creators who could create a Graphy

• Setup Calls and introduce Graphy as the product and platform to create Graphies

• Cold call/email prospective leads.

• Find out interesting ways to source creator leads

• Close Creators to create Graphies

• Own the GMV from the Graphies closed

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all Graphers account management matters.

 Job is based out of Gandhinagar.
FE will work as a decision maker for the trucker side, where he will be entitled to take decisions regarding truck on-boarding, trip finalization, ongoing trip issues or payment related issues, etc. FE will make decisions regarding trucker side operations with taking the Admin team in confidence.

✔ During trucker on-boarding, if any of the truck owners are having more than ten numbers of trucks with the same owner; FE will have to notify the accounts department about it for taxation purposes.

✔ Any kind of internal communication from the trucker side such as communication with material side, admin team, accounts department, or any other department of the organization will be done only through FE.

✔ The same way any communications from the trucker side with individuals who are not part of an organization such as truck owners, transporters, and other stakeholders will be done under direct monitoring of FE.

✔ FE will also have to guide the executives to upload dummy truck-ads to keep the consignors engaged on our platform, but this task shall be done under strict monitoring of FE.

✔ FE will also have to guide and support the executives to finalize the trips.

✔ All the advance payments for finalized trips will be firstly verified by FE, then only he/she will communicate it to the accounts department.

✔ During the loading the process if there is any damage by the driver within the premises of the consignor, FE will have to communicate with the truck driver/owner and SME/CP to make the settlements. In such cases, the final decision will be taken by FE and SME mutually with the admin team in confidence.

✔ In the same way, if there is any damage to the material while unloading, FE will communicate regarding these with truck driver/owner and SME/CP to make settlements. In such cases, the final decision will be taken by FE and SME mutually with the admin team in confidence.

✔ In case of Payment delay or no payment conditions, FE will coordinate with SME and take decisions for trip continuity.

✔ In case of any major breakdown, accident, material/vehicle damage or seizure of vehicle/material by any authority FE will have to communicate with the truck driver/owner to continue the trip.
