accuracy.
- Post Production Tasks: Handle post-production tasks such as color correction, sound editing,
and incorporating special effects or graphics when required.
- Feedback Incorporation: Embrace constructive feedback and implement changes to continually
enhance video content.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring innovative ideas to
the team.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Demonstrated experience in video editing.
- Sound understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color, composition).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous video editing work is highly desirable.

Primary Job Description
- a) Visual Design Strategy
- Work with the marketing and product team to identify visual design themes for cohesion with overall Freeup brand identity and areas for brand differentiation in the context of social commerce space.
- Work with marketing leadership to identify disruptive design strategies to enhance brand differentiation and positioning across FreeUp products and experiences
- b) Visual Design Operations
- Provide visual design inputs for the brand calendar across all channels -social media, PR and owned channels.
- Develop and execution integrated marketing campaigns across owned ,paid and partnership media both online and offline
- Provide design templates to ensure brand visual consistency in all partner engagements, co-branded
communication & campaigns.
Qualifications
Candidate should have a strong graphic design background who is also proficient in 2D animation

- Kinetic typography and composite layering should be included in the requirements
- Bonus if they have the ability to draw/sketch by hand
- Having 3-5 years of experience (being a junior may not be a disadvantage here)

Responsibilities
Create and lead the design engagement with UX Strategy, Conceptualization, User Journeys, Information Architecture, Prototyping & Visual Designs for large-scale solutions along with the ability to drive conversations with the skate-holders.
Identify opportunities to create business value and improve the user experience, based on user research, organize opportunities into visually compelling matrices.
Identify strategic opportunities for competitive advantage based on findings. Understand the target audience deeply, develop user profiles, conduct task analysis, create user scenarios, and navigate smoothly through ambiguity.
Lead development of personas/segmentations based on research findings, integrate personas/ segmentations with related deliverables such as opportunity maps
Facilitate user scenario planning sessions/design thinking workshops with internal teams & clients
