Job Responsibilities
Production & Execution
- Create high-quality, production-ready artwork for packaging, editorial, ads, and other creative materials.
- Follow design briefs carefully, ensuring every detail is accurate.
- Organize and maintain artwork files based on industry standards.
- Edit images, retouch photos, and adjust colors as needed.
- Prepare files for both print and digital formats (brochures, packaging, online ads, etc.).
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with creative leads and team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Collaborate with client service teams to understand and apply client feedback.
- Join creative meetings and contribute ideas for design solutions.
- Clearly explain design concepts and technical details to team members and clients.
Technical Skills
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Good knowledge of print production processes.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney is an advantage.
Quality & Time Management
- Ensure all designs meet high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Handle multiple projects at once, manage deadlines effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Review and provide feedback on artwork to maintain consistency.
- Keep digital files well-organized.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in a design studio or agency setting.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Solid understanding of print production, packaging, and editorial design.
- Excellent typography, layout, and visual design skills.
- Good at photo editing and image retouching.
- Experience with video editing tools is a plus.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- A strong portfolio showing production-ready and creative design work.
Preferred Experience

IAM -Security Engineer
About the Role:
We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Engineer with Business Analyst exposure to join our team. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise in IAM security with business analysis skills to strengthen our security landscape and enhance alignment between technology solutions and business objectives. You'll work on designing, implementing, and managing security controls while collaborating across business and technology teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Experience with security frameworks such as ISO27001 and NIST CSF.
