
Role Objective
Develop business-relevant, high-quality, scalable Power BI Dashboards keeping customer requirements at the core.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise: Very clear understanding of core concepts like Data Modelling, DAX, Power Query, and Visualization principles.
- Programming Languages: Expertise in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and automation. Additionally, leverage DAX and M Query for complex data transformations within Power BI.
- Dashboard Development & Quality Measures: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards ensuring high quality, data accuracy, user-friendly visualization, and adherence to timelines. Define and meet dashboard quality standards such as data accuracy, visualization clarity, and performance benchmarks.
- Translate Business Problems: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business problems into data-centric solutions that address functional, non-functional, and commercial concerns, such as reliability, scalability, and maintainability
- Hypothesis Development: Decompose business problems into a series of testable hypotheses, identifying relevant data assets required for evaluation
- Quality Measures: Define and meet the dashboard quality measures like data accuracy, data visualization, timelines, support, etc.
- Solution Design: Based on the business requirements design wireframes, POC, and final product.
- Performance Optimization: Improve user experience by continuously enhancing performance, maintainability and scalability.
- Troubleshooting: Quick issue resolution as defined by SLA. Resolve issues about access, latency, data accuracy, security, etc.
Job Requirements
1. Education- MBA, B. Tech (Comp. Sc), BBA, BCA, MCA or equivalent
2. Experience- 4+ years of experience in developing Power BI Dashboards.

- Conceptual clarity and Hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
- Analytical skills to create powerful data stories
- Experience with using DAX Studio and Tabular Editor is a plus
- Expertise in High Volume Data Processing Production environment is a plus
