Job Summary:

Greenie Startup is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of NodeJS, Distributed Systems, MongoDB, React, and other backend languages. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications for our platform.

Responsibilities:

●     Develop and maintain backend services using NodeJS, MongoDB, and other backend languages

●     Design and develop RESTful APIs for the platform

●     Work with the team to develop scalable and fault-tolerant distributed systems

●     Implement Authentication, Identity Management, and Authorization mechanisms for the platform

General Summary:

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining full-stack solutions. This role involves hands-on coding (80% of time), performing peer code reviews, handling pull requests and engaging in architectural discussions with stakeholders. You'll contribute to the development of large-scale, data-driven SaaS solutions using best practices like TDD, DRY, KISS, YAGNI, and SOLID principles. Essential Job Functions:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and Django.
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React and TypeScript.

Skills

• The ideal candidate must have strong proficiency in Python and Django, with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles. Expertise in JavaScript,
