Salesforce Service Max Administrator

Location - remote

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  Salesforce Admin certification, ServiceMax 101 and ServiceMax 201 certifications required

  6+ years working in Salesforce ServiceMax Administrator and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices

  Salesforce ServiceMax & Service Cloud experience is required

  Experience on full-cycle implementation of ServiceMax

  Experience on designing solutions within the ServiceMax platform and Salesforce

  Salesforce analytics configuration experience is required

  Salesforce flow configuration experience is required

  Understand data integrations between various enterprise applications (e.g. SAP)

  Experience with JIRA Projects and Service Management system is desirable. Proven experience with developing and implementing ServiceMax solutions such as Depot Repair and Factory Repair processes.

  Hands-on experience building SFMs, Inventory management, Preventative Maintenance, Work Execution

  Hands-on Experience with Contracts, Warranties, Entitlements Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  Maintain tight controls for change management within the platforms, utilizing strict software development practices (e.g. dev, test, approval, prod).

  Coordinate with Salesforce Lead to design, implement changes and support the Salesforce platform for Sales, Marketing, and service

  Assist with solution design and implementation of Salesforce configurations based upon business requirements

  Support Salesforce security and data integrity across the platform

  Document “as-built” configurations to build a configuration portfolio

  Provide end-user production support, solve business/customer issues, and ensure data accuracy across the system. Manage data quality, data cleansing activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce ServiceMax platform

  Partner with business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, automations, enhancements, and system customization that solve critical business needs

  Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features and best practices and assess their impact on the organization

  Understand data flows and integrations between various enterprise applications

  Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks including but not limited to user and license assignment, roles, profiles, permission sets, workflows, and process automation with process builder and flows

  Provide insightful technical recommendations to address specific business needs

  Create and customize objects, fields, layouts, dashboards, and reports to automate processes and improve user experience

  Develop reports and dashboards to support end user analysis

  Provide training as required to support the end user adoption of the application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support capital raising activities for Category II Debt Funds.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HNIs, Family Offices, Institutional Investors, and Corporate Treasuries.
• Prepare and present fund pitches, investment decks, and investor proposals.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams for fund onboarding and closures.
• Manage investor communications, reporting, and ongoing engagement.
• Support fund structuring discussions and assist in investor due diligence.
• Track fundraising pipeline and support strategy for investor acquisition.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in AIF Category II debt fund fundraising or investor relations.
• Strong network among potential investors is preferred.
• Good understanding of debt products, structured finance, and alternative investments.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage investor relationships and closures.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience working with NBFCs, PE/VC funds, or investment firms.
• Existing investor network is an added advantage.

data in real time. Our first product is a modular wall finishing robot for plastering, putty and painting of building interiors. Our customers include some of the biggest names in Indian real estate and construction.To support our next stage of growth and to take the product from prototype to manufacturing ready design, we are looking for an embedded systems lead who will lead design and implementation of the software for embedded devices and systems end to end from requirements gathering to commercial deployment.

What you will do:

● Conceptualize, design, fabricate, integrate and test overall embedded architecture, embedded boards, software and circuitry for Pace Robotics’ fleet of AMRs.

● Develop embedded code which enables simultaneous exchange of data between various modules and sensors to facilitate fast/robust decision making for the robot and real time controls.

● Selection of Communication Protocols, actuation sequencing and deep involvement with embedded software and control strategy.

● Develop and maintain various engineering tools used to debug, analyze, and test embedded products.

● Work as the common link between the hardware, robot autonomy, and software teams, converting inputs from each team along with overall product/customer needs intoelectronic circuits, software and hardware.

● Selection and integration of all active, passive components, micro-controller, processor w/peripherals and power components.

● Work on improving the efficiency of the power distribution and consumption.

● Work on designing the wiring scheme of the whole autonomous system.

Who you are:

● Masters or Bachelors (with 8-12 yrs exp) in Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation/Electrical & Electronics/Embedded Systems with relevant experience in industrial R&D Projects.

● You have the following technical skill sets:

o Expertise with latest Gen Cortex A and M series microcontroller/processors, Nvidia Orin/Jetson platforms

o Expertise with C,C++ and python programming

o Expertise with digital electronics (BJTs, Mosfets, Amplifiers, OP Amps etc)

o Knowledge of different communication protocols such as I2C,Ethernet(TCP/IP,UDP), EtherCat, CAN etc

o Good Understanding of Electronics Circuits and Schematics

o Expertise with RTOS (FreeRTOS/VxWorks etc)

o Expertise with Linux (Ubuntu and RTLinux) programming concepts

o Excellent understanding of Signal Processing methods

o Experienced in PCB and wiring harness Design

o Proficient with Matlab, Simulink, DAQ software

Good communication skills plus professional written and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team

Strong aesthetic and visual design skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts in both static and basic motion graphics.
