Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Bynry Smart Utility platform, based on market research, customer insights, and business objectives.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify product requirements and prioritize feature development.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to define product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of product releases by effectively managing the product development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for product launches and feature releases.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and areas for product differentiation.
- Monitor product performance, user engagement, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and guide product enhancements.
- Work closely with the customer success team to gather customer insights and incorporate them into product planning and development.
- Champion a user-centered design approach, advocating for intuitive and seamless user experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Product Management certification is a plus
- 5 to 8 years experience as a Product Manager in a software or technology company, preferably in the B2B SAAS space.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and practices, with a track record of successfully delivering complex products.
- Solid technical background, with a good understanding of software development methodologies and technology trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
