Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition. This role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment ā from sourcing candidates to onboarding ā and will give you hands-on experience in building teams for a growing tech company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process for various roles (IT & Non-IT).
- Create and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Role Overview
This is front line management role and candidate selected will be responsible for day-to-day successful operations of US IT Full Lifecycle Recruitment Team and individual performance targets. Your key responsibilities will be to meet process metrics as per defined service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
