Roles and Responsibilities:

Hiring For SDE II - Python (Remote)

The Impact you will create:

• Build campaign generation services which can send app notifications at a speed of 10 million a minute

Primary Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of product development, from design, through implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance

• Translating high-level requirements and end-user use cases into design proposals, decomposing complex features into smaller, short-term deliverable tasks

• Maintaining constant focus on scalability, performance and robustness of architecture

• Designing and implementing logging, monitoring and alerting systems for existing and new infrastructure

• Documenting API's and architecture design

• Mentor and guide juniors on their path to become solid developers

   

What we look for?

• 4+ of industry experience in technical leadership roles

• Solid knowledge of Python, SQL, NoSQL, shell scripting and Linux operating environment

• End-to-end experience in design and development of highly scalable enterprise and cloud data products

• Ability to challenge and redefine existing architecture to create robust, scalable and reliable products

• Hands-on experience with design and troubleshooting of scalable web services, queue based systems, distributed databases and streaming services

• Experience with modern DevOps technologies such as kOps, Kubernetes and Docker, CI/CD, monitoring and autoscaling

REQUIREMENTS: ● 1-2 years in outbound focused sales position desired; customer-oriented background required (sales, support, customer service) in B2B preferably ● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● The ability to generate leads independently. ● Willingness to learn and apply the fundamentals of the MEDDIC Sales process approach ● Great to have-Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and/or Computer Vision ● Knowledge of the AI industry and emerging technologies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Prospecting: As a SDR you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high potential customers via cold calling, networking, e-mail, as well as utilizing Internet information sources to build and maintain a lead development pipeline. ● Lead Nurturing: You will follow up with qualified leads and build a relationship with them, answering their questions and providing helpful information to move them closer to a buying decision. ● Sales Enablement: You will work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and help them be more effective in closing deals. This can involve creating sales collateral, providing market insights, and organizing training sessions. ● Data Management: You’ll be responsible for keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all their activities and interactions with potential customers. This data is used to inform the sales process and improve overall performance. ● Pipeline Management: You will be managing the pipeline of leads and ensuring that it is always full of high-quality prospects.

Role & Responsibilities

This role will be leading analytics at WarehouseNow. You will be expected to drive data driven decision making with senior management and own product metrics

• Develop an In-depth understanding of user journeys on WarehouseNow Platforms and generate data driven insights & recommendations to help product business in meticulous decision making.
• End-to-end ownership of key metrics, work with respective product owners to understand areas we need to measure and ensure the needle is moving in the right direction.
• Develop strong hypothesis, execute A/B experiments and identify area of opportunities with strong confidence level.
• Work cross-functionally to define problem statements, collect data, build analytical models and make recommendations
• Identify and implement streamlined processes for data reporting, dashboarding and communication
• Collaborate with Product for data tracking and implementation of tools like Google analytics, Firebase, etc. 

Key Competencies

• 3+ years of experience in core business analytics/product analytics.
• Excellent SQL, Excel abilities with working knowledge of scripting (Python, R, shell etc.)

• Background in Engineering /Statistics/Operational Research
• Bonus: Prior experience in a B2C Company

• Willing to work in Night shift (6pm to 3am)
• 2-5 years of ServiceNow HR Application support 
• Must be proficient with analyzing log files and standard debugging concept. 
• Familiarity with tools practices of the trade such as incident management, knowledgebase, escalation management. 
• Previous experience working with the ServiceNow Modules (HR - Case and Onboarding, ITSM, SLA Management, Service Catalog, Workflows Approvals etc) 
• Min 2 year of experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP, XML, Json 
• Experience providing SaaS support is desirable 
• Knowledge of ITIL standard methodologies 
• Experience in L2, L3 support 
• Databases understanding (MySQL, Oracle SQL etc) 
• Good analytic skills, ability to prioritize tasks 
• Ability to work as a team member and deal with multi-task issues 
• Experience in manual testing might be an advantage 
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 
• Experience in working in an Agile environment and good understanding of DevOps concepts 
• ServiceNow administration/Developer Certification is a plus
