Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial construction, specifically in storefronts, glass partitions, and interior fit-outs.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction materials, machinery, tools, and installation techniques.
- Blueprint Reading: Proficient in interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local building codes and compliance requirements.
