Make sure issues reported by end users are reproducible, dig deep on client and server side to get logs and metadata, create issues internally. Occasionally you will be asked to write scripts to automate few of the routine ops tasks and work on any other Dev Ops tasks as well. This role will eventually mature into a Jr. DevOps Engineer.
