Responsibilities: 

∙Work as part of K&A Power & Renewable - Distribution team 

∙Delivery of power distribution infra projects. 

∙Diligent check and review of the deliverables to assure quality. 

∙Deliver projects on time to meet project schedule. 

Requirements 

Essential qualifications: 

∙Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronics/ Electrical Engineering from a 

recognized University. 

∙Minimum 5-8 years’ relevant design experience in dry utilities engineering 

environment with Vendors, Contractors or Design Consultancies in 

infrastructure projects. 

∙Middle east projects work experience in dry utilities.  

∙Knowledge of IEC/IEEE Standards 

∙Well aware of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Power distribution and 

planning.  

∙Working knowledge of software Civil 3D, ETAP, AUTO CAD and Dialux. 

∙Well aware of using Dialux software for outdoor street lighting calculation. 

∙Well aware of Pump Stations Electrical design works  

∙Able to independently work on project deliverables from base design stage to 

detailed designs. 

∙Excellent English communication skills within the engineering environment 

Desired qualifications: 

∙Demonstrable track record of technical achievement and client satisfaction 

within the infrastructure projects (Dry utilities). 

∙Ability to apply technical knowledge in analysing problems and creating 

solutions. 

∙Willingness to travel to Middle East and African Countries for short term 

assignments 

∙Ability to adapt to different cultures and working environments 

∙Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues 

∙Well-motivated and able to work as part of a team or on individual assignments 

as required

1. Need to have an understanding of Elastic Search, Kafka, mongo DB, etc.

5. It is important they have those skills so that they can take over current work. There are codes written in both Java as well as Python. (Java is legacy but that is the main search engine code). So it will be counter-productive if engineers hired have experience in both.

6. Excellent communication, analytical, research, grasping skills

• Seeking an Individual carrying around 5+ yrs of experience.
• Must have skills - Jenkins, Groovy, Ansible, Shell Scripting, Python, Linux Admin
• Terraform, AWS deep knowledge to automate and provision EC2, EBS, SQL Server, cost optimization, CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, Server less automation is plus.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English. Enjoy writing crisp and understandable documentation
• Comfortable programming in one or more scripting languages
• Enjoys tinkering with tooling. Find easier ways to handle systems by doing some research. Strong awareness around build vs buy.

07-13 years as an Oracle DBA with production support experience, including Oracle 10g and 11g.

07-13 years of experience as an Oracle Apps DBA with Oracle EBS 11.5.10 and R12

Strong understanding of Oracle RDBMS architecture

Hands-on experience with implementation, upgrade, and tuning of:

Large Oracle EBS environments, Oracle EBS in a production environment; throughout all stages of the lifecycle

Enterprise Manager Grid Control

Backup and recovery concepts, including RMAN

Oracle R12, Oracle RAC

Patch assessment and application in an EBS environment with activation of different modules

Performance Tuning (ie. Sql Queries)

Proven experience with multiple operating systems: Linux/Unix/Solaris/Windows

Strong verbal, written, organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to provide accurate and realistic effort estimates, commit and deliver accordingly

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with occasional non-business hours (evenings and weekends) flexibility and able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects.

Ability to work productively in a team environment and participate as a positive and cooperative team member.

MS in CS or BS/ BA in Computer Science with five years of relevant work experience.

Candidates should be flexible for Night shifts/Weekend Shifts

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Engineered Systems (ie. ODA's)

Oracle Data Guard

Oracle RAC/Multitenant architecture . WebLogic . OEM 13c/12c

R12.2 Upgrade Experience on multiple projects

Experienced with Oracle Identity Management product suite
