Job Summary

We are building a blockchain platform focused on NFT-based records and tokenization of real-world assets (RWA). The frontend is already developed, and we are looking for a skilled Blockchain Backend Engineer to design and implement smart contracts and blockchain services.

This role involves building production-grade, verifiable blockchain systems with a strong focus on NFTs, on-chain verification, and metadata integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1 – Immediate Scope

• Design and develop NFT minting and issuance (single & batch)
• Implement NFTs linked to real-world records (certificates, titles, permits)
• Enable on-chain public verification (Token ID, Contract Address, Blockchain)
• Design and manage NFT metadata (on-chain / IPFS) with metadata locking
• Implement document hash anchoring for tamper-proof verification
• Develop public verification APIs and QR-based verification flow
• Work with at least one EVM-compatible blockchain (Polygon / Base / Ethereum L2)

Phase 2 – Nice to Have (Future Scope)

• Security token issuance with transfer restrictions
• Whitelisting and compliance-ready token flows
• Investor onboarding and agreement binding
• Distribution handling, investor data room, and referral tracking

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Solidity
• Hands-on development with ERC-721 and/or ERC-1155
• Smart contract development, testing, and deployment
• Experience with EVM blockchains
• Proficiency in Web3 libraries (ethers.js / web3.js)
• Knowledge of IPFS and on-chain data anchoring
• Ability to design secure, scalable, and verifiable blockchain architectures

Good to Have / Bonus Skills

• Experience with Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization
• Exposure to security tokens or compliance-focused Web3 platforms
• Prior work on enterprise or regulated blockchain solutions

About the role:

At Often we're building the vertical AI stack for travel. We're on a mission to leverage AI to unlock new use cases and help people take better trips more often.

Despite significant effort, travelers usually only explore a small fraction of possible travel combinations and lose ₹50,000 in possible savings on every trip. Our AI tool, Trippy, accesses real-time travel supply from over 600 sources and optimizes trip combinations to uncover hidden savings and upgrades. Data Scientist is responsible to discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data, and help us make smarter decisions to deliver better products. Your primary focus will be in applying Machine Learning and Generative AI techniques for data mining and statistical analysis, Text analytics using NLP/LLM and building high quality prediction systems integrated with our products. The ideal candidate should have a prior background in Generative AI, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and Computer Vision techniques. Additionally, experience in working with current state of the art Large Language Models (LLMs), and Computer Vision algorithms.

Technical skills

Mandatory

»    Minimum of 5 years  of experience as Machine Learning Researcher or Data Scientist.

»    Master's degree or Ph.D. (preferable) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

»    Should have knowledge and experience in working with Deep Learning projects using CNN, Transformers, Encoder and decoder architectures.

»    Working experience with LLM's (Large Language Models) and their applications (For e.g., tuning embedding models, data curation, prompt engineering, LoRA, etc.).

»    Familiarity with LLM Agents and related frameworks.

»    Good programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, and TensorFlow).

»    Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Executive - Accounts & Finance responsible for-

The Role

+ Improvise and maintenance of accounts.

+ Owning and preparing matters related to working and compliance - Income Tax, GST and other Fund related matters

+ Supporting seniors in tax planning opportunities, new tax laws and structuring.

+ Maintaining of unitholder, investment register and undertaking routine Fund industry related calculations.

+ Update Tally on a regular basis.

+ Coordination and support in Finalization, Auditing, Valuation, etc of Fund, Fund Manager, as applicable.

+ MIS management in a timely manner for financial and business performance.

+Coordination and support team with auditors for half yearly audits, tax regulators, valuers, accounting regulators and regulatory bodies. Provide information to auditors, trustee, shareholders, bankers and other stakeholders on a timely basis.

+ Perform tests to check financial information and systems.
