Role: CRM Developer

Location: Kochi

Experience: 4+ years

Skillset: Strong knowledge and Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Sales modules)

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of common industry standard business practices supported by Microsoft Dynamics
• Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics or another business management software (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement- Customization & Configuration, Plug-ins, Workflows, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of software in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, Microsoft SQL, HTML, Microsoft ASP, Microsoft .Net, and etc.

Requirements:

Primary Skills:

Deep Practical Knowledge on C#, .Net framework 4.5 and above. Deep knowledge of Angular 8+ practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience

Secondary Skills:

Understanding on Elastic search Worked with DATALAKE with dot net framework Basic knowledge on Azure DevOps. Knowledge on ASP.NET Core Knowledge on Bootstrap Understanding on Agile process, scrum Knowledge on JavaScript and HTML5

Good Practical knowledge on ASP.NET MVC

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

Design and implement scalable and efficient data architectures to support generative AI workflows.

Fine tune and optimize large language models (LLM) for generative AI, conduct performance evaluation and benchmarking for LLMs and machine learning models

Apply prompt engineer techniques as required by the use case

Collaborate with research and development teams to build large language models for generative AI use cases, plan and breakdown of larger data science tasks to lower-level tasks

Lead junior data engineers on tasks such as design data pipelines, dataset creation, and deployment, use data visualization tools, machine learning techniques, natural language processing , feature engineering, deep learning , statistical modelling as required by the use case.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

• Certification in IICS-IDQ
• 3+ years of Strong experience in IICS-IDQ platform related work.
