Software Engineer

Key Responsibility Areas:

Required Skills:

• Experience in implementing Object-Oriented Python, Django.
• Good understanding on Django
• Experienced in interfacing with *third party API’s using REST
• Worked with varieties of Relational Databases (RDBMS) like SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Experience in Version Control with Git and Bitbucket.
• Experience with JIRA the development progress and tracking deadlines of the project

Person should have strong knowledge in -

5. SOAP and REST Webservices

6. Application Security.

Person should have 4 to 6 Years of work experience in Java and above-mentioned related technology.

Person should have good Oracle Database knowledge and have good communication skills.

Having work experience in BFSI domain will added advantage

Person needs to work from Mumbai location and also available to join the office

Your Day-to-Day

• Assist our Growth Strategists in analyzing the results of A/B experiments.
• Analysis on customer engagement rates, customer acquisition projects ( ex. Churn rate prediction, Attribution etc. )
• Analyse marketing channel performance and Deep-dive reports to stakeholders and Management
• Building statistical experimentation templates for faster A/B outputs
• Work on forecasting models and assisting senior Management in creating frameworks on growth models

• Local implementation of marketing analytics projects related to improving marketing channels effectiveness, customer segmentation, campaign optimization, etc
• Monitor campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs), be fully aware of trends and analytics, success and risks in order to achieve business objectives.

• Communicate complex ideas into understandable reports/documentation and this will include leveraging on leading software tools such as Tableau.
  
  

Your Know-Know

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy / consulting / analytical / project management roles; experience in e-commerce, Start-ups or Unicorns(CARS24,OLA,SWIGGY,FLIPKART,OYO) or entrepreneur experience preferred + At Least 2 years of experience leading a team
• Top-notch academics from a Tier 1 college (IIM / IIT/ NIT)
• Must have SQL/PostgreSQL/Tableau Experience. 
• Added advantage: Experience with Google Analytics, CRM (MoEngage, Braze,Leanplum).
• Preferred knowledge of statistical computer languages (Python / R, etc). 
• Analytical mindset with ability to present data in a structured and informative way

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree;

• +5 years of professional experience in software development;

• +3 years of hands-on Java or Node.js/Typescript development experience;

• Knowledge of Docker, Solr/Elastic and/or Amazon Web Services (lambda, dynamodb, IAC, cognito, SNS, SQS, step-functions, cloud watch, log group, https codes used in REST api) is an advantage;

• Responsible for independently managing all day-to-day payroll activities including coordination with the key internal teams as well as external payroll vendor to ensure an accurate and timely payroll on a periodical basis.

• Ensure all labor laws compliances are fully complied with and reports are updated at all times.
• Ensure timely input to the Banking/Finance team towards disbursement of salaries.
• Handle all labor law compliances and notices.
• Manage Employee Benefit programs and ensure timely disbursement of benefits.
• Manage the generation of actuarial reports such as gratuity, leave encashment, etc
• Responsible for providing necessary information and explanations for internal and external audits.
• Respond to employee inquiries on payroll issues or concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll operations and data at all times.
• Preparation of MIS reports
• Preparation of all kinds of HR reports and documents required 
• Handling employee grievances and complaints

Required Candidate profile: 

• Education: Post-Graduate, MBA HR
• At least 5 years of end to end payroll experience
• Excellent written and spoken English

Education Required:

• Candidates with Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) are preferred.

• Able to produce ad-hoc SQL queries/ ad-hoc reports that can be used to monitor success of the new requirement by ensuring data is being created as it should
• Must have worked on medium to large size custom application development projects and has exposure to all phases of the SDLC
• Experience in Insurance Domain is a must

Roles & Responsibilities: 

· Accelerate customer adoption by identifying specific customer segments and industry verticals in West to approach with a value proposition for using Amazon web services platform. 

· Develop long-term strategic relationships with key companies at the C-levels of Business & IT 

· Work closely with the Channels team to ensure that AWS platform is the partner's preferred cloud computing platform across all service lines. 

· Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports. 

· Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services. 

· Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, DC Services) & Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc). 

· Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team. 

· Ensure customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

The right person will possess 10-15 years of experience in IT sales 

· Direct field & management experience in working with enterprise accounts. 

· Would have consistently exceeded key performance metrics. 

· Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives. 

· Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences. 

· Strong technical competencies in the areas of cloud computing, SOA, web services and enterprise software. 

· Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
