
Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced PL/SQL Developer to join our Professional Services team. The role involves developing and configuring enterprise-grade solutions, supporting clients during testing, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates with strong expertise in PL/SQL and Unix/Linux are preferred, along with exposure to cloud, DevOps, or financial domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure software features as per design specifications and enterprise standards.
- Interact with clients to resolve technical queries and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with internal R&D, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams.
- Occasionally work at client sites or across different time zones.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality code.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL, SQL, and Databases (Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB).
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic understanding of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to Cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Awareness of Python programming.
- Experience in AML, Fraud, or Financial Markets domain.
- Knowledge of Actimize (AIS/RCM/UDM).
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 4–8 years of overall IT experience, with 4+ years in software development.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer interaction skills.
- Ability to work independently in time-sensitive environments.

In this role, you will work primarily with our global customers as their test automation architect, recommending and creating custom test automation solutions and integrations with other tools to help them build fully automated DevOps pipelines. You’ll also help us build capabilities in our platform that are missing from currently-available tools in the market. Internally, you will work with Solutions Engineering and Product teams to bring your unique customer insights to product roadmap discussions.
Job functions
- Understanding customers’ test automation requirements and designing solutions for them
