Job Summary :

We are seeking a Junior ELK Data Engineer with over 3 years of hands-on experience in the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Beats).

The ideal candidate will help design, develop, and optimize scalable data ingestion, indexing, and visualization solutions, contributing to the development of high-performance observability and analytics platforms for real-time monitoring and analysis.

Mandatory Skills :

Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats), real-time data ingestion, dashboard development, log processing, search optimization, system observability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain data pipelines using Logstash, Beats, and Elasticsearch for real-time log ingestion and processing.
• Design and develop Kibana dashboards for effective visualization and alerting across various data sources.
• Optimize indexing strategies for large-scale distributed systems to ensure high search performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to enable effective observability and monitoring solutions.
• Analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues related to logging and monitoring pipelines.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining ELK stack components in production and development environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling distributed systems logs and metrics at scale.
• Familiarity with scripting (Python/Shell) for data manipulation or automation.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Understanding of containerized environments like Docker/Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities

Service Operations & Maintenance

• Manage and supervise service engineers and technicians responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of BMS systems.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee routine maintenance activities and emergency breakdown support.
• Ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and resources for uninterrupted service operations.
• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex BMS issues.
• Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and integration of new technologies.

Team Management

• Set objectives, monitor team performance, and ensure tasks are completed on time and as per quality standards.
• Conduct training and skill development to enhance team competency.
• Ensure adherence to safety practices and standard operating procedures.

Client & Contract Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on BMS service-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, AMCs, and contractual obligations.
• Conduct regular client meetings and service reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proactively address client concerns and drive service improvements.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all BMS operations comply with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and system performance data.
• Prepare and submit service reports, performance analysis, and energy usage reports.

Financial & Commercial Management

• Assist in preparing and managing the service department budget.
• Monitor costs, resource utilization, invoicing, and accounts receivable (AR).
• Ensure service operations remain cost-effective while maintaining quality standards.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with advancements in BMS technologies and smart building solutions.
• Implement best practices to enhance service delivery and system performance.

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with hands-on experience in Java and Spark to build scalable data processing solutions. You'll contribute to high-performance data pipelines and analytics platforms in a dynamic Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java applications integrated with Apache Spark for ETL processes, data transformations, and analytics.
• Build and optimize Spark jobs (Spark SQL, DataFrames, Streaming) for large-scale data processing.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to implement robust data workflows.
• Write clean, maintainable Java code following best practices (Spring Boot, Microservices preferred).
