Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Technical Project Manager with a strong software development background who has transitioned into project management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical expertise in Python, React, data engineering, and modern software development practices, while effectively leading cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

This role requires a leader who can bridge the gap between business and technology, understand technical challenges, guide engineering teams, and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, delivery, and post-release support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Manage cross-functional teams consisting of backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, and data engineers.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Review technical designs and participate in architectural discussions.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality coding standards and best practices.
• Track project KPIs and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
• Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong prior hands-on development experience.

About the Position

• +2 years experience working as a react.js developer.
