Requirements: Experience in 3D visual skills including 3D modeling, shading, texturing, and lighting techniques(both stylized and realistic). Strong understanding of materials and rendering (Vray, Mental Ray). Proficient in softwares like Autodesk 3ds max, Maya, Vray for 3D, Cinema4D, and Adobe Creative Suite. Has a strong aesthetic sensibility. Familiar with motion graphics. Candidate must submit a design portfolio (if done in a team, specify your work). Responsibilities: Developing organic and inorganic 3D models. Bringing out realistic models using shaders, lighting and materials. Closely working with programmers. Developing and experimenting with advanced technology and software.
Roles and responsibilities • Light and Render CG Shots for production • Pre-Comp shots • Ensure shots meet render requirements • Collaborate with departments concerned by lighting work • Show reels featuring 'photo real' work would be preferred • Understands fundamental lighting, but also have knowledge in how to adjust lighting • Execute the corrections requested by the Lead by showing an analytic and proactive mind • Maintain timing and production quotas given by the Leads • Organize work and prepare presentation elements for approval • Communicate and seek information, if necessary • Maintain a good team dynamics • Familiarity with pipeline issues Qualification • College diploma or equivalent in 3D computer graphics • Minimum 2 years of working experience as Lighting Artist, in a film production environment / animation TV series or visual effects
Responsibilities: * Creating high quality rigging and skinning for CG models * Work collaboratively with other members of the 3D team * Work closely with the CG Lead to ensure that the rig is pipeline friendly * Will be responsible for creating animation rigs for characters, creatures, props and vehicles * Work with the Animation Lead/Supervisor to develop an intuitive and responsive rig for each character * Highly controllable rigs for detailed mechanical, characters or vehicles in motion * Inventive use of rigs to solve animation problems and enhance animation potential * Understanding of when and how to execute in-game motion systems to drive animation Modify, re-bone and re-rigging assets as necessary Preferred Skills * Strong understanding and working knowledge of 3DS Max, Maya, Mudbox * Critical eye for motion constraints in real-world technology * Strong anatomy knowledge for both humans and creatures and good experience sculpting organic forms * Animator friendly skinning skills for characters * Strong knowledge of de-formers * Basic knowledge of muscle work flow * Has a solid understanding of posing and anatomy in motion and an excellent artistic eye
