RESPONSIBILITIES: Some of the Primary and Secondary. 

Primary: 

• Totality of architectural work including design and drafting [from PSE to working drawings], 3D virtual/physical modelling. 
• Drawings and model simplification, Site Supervision, liaising between contractors, Structural Engineer, Consulting Architect and MEP Consultant. 
• Design and monitoring of Flooring, Plumbing, Electrical and Data Cabling, Railings, Doors and Windows, Furniture Designing and Interior Design 
• Landscaping, Environmental Harnessing and waste recycling, Superstructure, and Site grooming. 

Secondary: 

• Research, documentation, organization, procedure digitization, Writing and Social Media promotion, Incubation especially for rural innovation. 
• General management of the office and guiding the Architectural Interns. 
• HRM, Site Promotion, Graphics, Cost Estimation, Budgeting and Pricing. 
• Science Promotion, Event Management 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Knowledge and Education: 

• Brilliant B. Archs from respectable colleges or possessing good CGPA and above average in written English, MS Office and GK. 
• Proficient at AutoCAD and SketchUp / Revit / Lumion and MS Office. 

Experience: 

• Work Experience of at least one year, post Education, leading a small team, in a professionally managed firm with Site monitoring and multi-tasking. 

Miscellaneous: 

• Must have left-secular and scientific temper. 

• Highly organized, very systematic, methodical, possessing robust common sense and self-respect. 
• Must bring a powered, loaded Laptop. 
• Should join very soon.

• Compensation: Rs 2 - 3.5 Lakh PA depending upon relevance and length of experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Primary: 

1. Executing structural and PSE Drawings on the site 
2. Staying at Site [Matar] 24x7 (Only Male Candidates) 
3. Supervising construction, interpreting drawings, and liaising between contractors, Structural Engineers, Resident and Consulting Architects and MEP Consultant 
4. Managing inventory, Planning Day schedules, Reporting and Documentation 
5. Landscaping, environmental harnessing, waste and water disposal and recycling 
6. Helping improvise construction gadgets and processes. 

Secondary: 

1. General management as Trainee Officer 
2. Desire to specialize in some of these: HR, Event Management, Field social work, Social Poster Design/ Graphics, Science Promotion, Content, SharePoint, etc. 
3. Promotion of SPRAT’s services such as Rationality, Gujarati Literacy, and events in and around Matar. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Knowledge and Education: 

• Brilliant B.Es / B.Techs [Civil] from respectable colleges or possessing good CGPA. Or very bright Civil Diploma holders with an additional year’s relevant experience. 
• Functional knowledge/experience of construction machinery and tools. 
• Functional spoken English and Hindi and basic knowledge of MS Office. 

Experience:  

• 1 – 3 Years 
• Prior on-site experience of at least one year on a Residential/ Commercial Site. 
• However, if you are an exceptionally bright Fresher, you may apply for our Job linked Internship, with free boarding and lodging. 

Miscellaneous: 

• Site Engineers must bring a 2-wheeler. 

• Original, out-of-the-box, pragmatic thinkers. 
• Hardworking, highly organized, time-conscious, self-respecting males.

• Must have a left-secular and scientific temper.

• Compensation: Between ₹1.40 to ₹2.80 lakh/year. Those possessing relevant practical experience may expect proportionately higher compensation.
