We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Logi-Sys Modules

Are you a driven Project Manager with a knack for owning modules, leading teams, and ensuring seamless delivery? At Softlink, we’re expanding our Logi-Sys team and looking for experienced Project Managers to take charge of individual modules and steer them from planning to perfection.

🌐 About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of specific Logi-Sys modules—our industry-leading cloud ERP platform for logistics and freight. You’ll work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality features that are robust, timely, and bug-free.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Own and manage one or more Logi-Sys modules end-to-end
• Define goals, plan execution timelines, and ensure timely delivery
• Work hands-on with cross-functional teams to get work done
• Maintain high quality standards – with a zero-bug mindset
• Break down business requirements into technical deliverables
• Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers swiftly
• Ensure alignment with product vision while focusing on execution

👤 Who We’re Looking For:

• 8–10 years of solid experience in project/delivery management in a tech environment
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and enterprise product delivery
• Conversant with technology – you speak the language of engineers and can challenge timelines and logic where needed
• Sharp focus on timely delivery without compromising on quality
• Natural leader who takes initiative and owns outcomes
• Exposure to logistics or ERP systems is a plus (but not mandatory)

Technical Skills:

Angular Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for coding the execution of complex designs and interactions that reflect the creative and art direction provided within the established technical framework

Responsible for creation of all coded UI deliverables

Able to shift between a creative and a technical focus depending on the project need and/or the type of project

Establishes presentation layer requirements

May need to rapidly produce interim deliverables (such as style guide components, technical specifications, browser and market analysis, prototypes, proofs of concept, etc.) in addition to the final live application

Participates in scoping and planning work

Participates in writing detailed technical and functional specifications documentation

Able to take initiative to research and learn emerging technologies

Required Skills:

Expertise in angular 4+ & above is highly preferable

Hands-on experience in Typescript, JavaScript, visualization libraries like D3

Experience in consuming REST services and implementing dynamic UIs.

Understanding of design patterns commonly used in large-scale web applications.

Experience in building high-performing and maintainable web applications.

Understanding of CI/CD will be preferred.

Knowledge of CSS pre-processors like SASS.

Proficient understanding of version management tools like SVN, Git.

Education

• Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Relevant Experience

• 4 to 6 years

You will be responsible for developing features on the application and integrations end to end. You will be working closely with the Technical Team to come up with high-quality, resilient, and highly performant applications.‍

• Design and develop SaaS-based applications based on microservices architecture.
• Work on the core backend and ensure it meets the performance benchmarks.
• API and Integrations
• Designing and developing APIs for the front end to consume.
• Constantly improve the architecture of the application by clearing the technical backlog.
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
• Work on the front end with ReactJS is a plus point.

• Education - BE/MCA or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience
• Agnostic/Polyglot with multiple tech stacks

• Worked on open source technologies – NodeJS, ReactJS, MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, CouchDB, DynamoDB, Clickhouse, Kafka
• Backend exposure – good knowledge of building and integrating APIs
• Efficient in building microservices in combining server & front-end.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding skills on oAuth.
• Should have sound working experience with relational and columnar DB.
• Should be innovative and communicative in approach.
• Will be responsible for functional/technical track of a project.
