We’re looking for an AI Growth Manager to support our enterprise sales motion, ensuring every new contact, opportunity, and follow-up is tracked, executed, and advanced. This hybrid role blends client-facing interactions with behind-the-scenes operational support, providing hands-on exposure to enterprise sales, consultative selling, and solution scoping.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Research, qualify, and follow up on new contacts and opportunities

Requirements:

• Academics (10th, 12th and Bachelors) > 80%
• Highly proficient in JS (EReactJS, NodexpressJS)
• Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL/MongoDB is a plus
• Should have expertise in developing data driven, responsive, modern web applications

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy and maintain IIoT platform used by the whole of Company
• Roll out similar IoT systems across the globe
• Understanding the functional domain deeply.

1. 1. Experience with React JS, React Native, JavaScript including DOM Manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
   2. Thorough understanding of React Native and its core Principles.
   3. Hands on experience on React Native Framework at least 1 year.
   4. Understanding of native build tools like Xcode, Gradle etc.
   5. Capability to write Well-documented code with Javascript that is easily readable.
   6. Good Knowledge of HTML5, CSS.
   7. Familiarity with code versioning tools (Such as Git or SVN)
   8. Knowledge about Offline Storage, REST APIs, and document request model
   9. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
   10. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Web pack, NPM and YARN etc.
   11. Experience with Native Mobile app deployment on App store and google play store.

6-9 years of relevant experience in building webapps at scale

You must have strong understanding of semantic HTML / HTML5, CSS / CSS3.

You must have a good understanding of MVC architecture.

Prior work experience in ReactJS is Must

You must have experience in setting up the full UI workflow layer right from Development, Testing, Building and Deployment.

Never give up attitude

Experience in frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation and CSS pre-processors like SASS and LESS is desirable.

You should have exposure to page speed improvement techniques.

Exposure of building responsive websites at scale will be a plus.

Prior exposure to building React Native components for Hybrid mobile apps will be a plus

Prior work experience in Angular, Backbone along with ReactJs is desirable.

Good understanding of webpack and redux

• Hands-on experience in Development
• 4-6 years of Hands on experience with Python scripts
• 2-3 years of Hands on experience in PySpark coding. Worked in spark cluster computing technology.
• 3-4 years of Hands on end to end data pipeline experience working on AWS environments
• 3-4 years of Hands on experience working on AWS services – Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, EC2, RDS, SES, SNS, DMS, CloudWatch etc.
• 2-3 years of Hands on experience working on AWS redshift
• 6+ years of Hands on experience with writing Unix Shell scripts
