The Role

We are seeking a mission-driven, results-oriented leader to join as Director – Fundraising & Partnerships.

In this high-impact leadership role, you will:

• Report directly to the Co-Founders

• Scale fundraising capacity 3x in the next 2 years

• Secure long-term, outcome-linked funding from CSR, HNIs, philanthropic foundations, and global development partners

• Represent organisation in key donor forums and build a high-performing fundraising team

Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising Strategy & Leadership

• Lead execution of our's 2–3 year fundraising strategy aligned with growth goals

• Own annual fundraising targets, set KPIs, and ensure transparent reporting

• Drive donor lifecycle: prospecting, proposals, grant reporting, and relationship management

• Act as external face in funder interactions with CSR leaders, philanthropies, and impact investors

• Build systems for agility, compliance, and long-term donor trust

2. Partnership Development & Network Building

• Develop pipeline of 50+ CSR leads, philanthropists, and ecosystem enablers

• Mobilize donor and champion networks to unlock opportunities

• Represent firm at sector forums and donor convenings

3. Communications & Collateral Oversight

• Oversee donor-facing communications: proposals, pitch decks, reports, and campaigns

• Ensure clarity and alignment with brand and impact narrative

• Use storytelling, data, and design for compelling funder engagement

4. Team Leadership & Systems Building

• Build and mentor a high-performing fundraising team

• Establish robust systems for donor CRM, compliance, reporting, and audits

• Work with internal teams to develop tailored grant materials

5. Relationship Management

• Shape trust-based donor journeys for long-term investment

• Design engagement pathways for new, existing, and repeat funders

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Programs, Finance, and Impact teams to align fundraising with program needs

• Work with M&E/Data teams to define outcomes and deliver performance-linked commitments

Planning, scheduling & coordinating appointments & meetings, providing

reminders, maintaining & updating diary of daily commitments & weekly

calendar on a proactive basis.

 Interacting with & rendering assistance to select HNI & VIP customers,

coordinating certain critical Outdoor Catering & Party Orders, VIP

reservations, etc.

 Receiving calls, taking messages, screening & prioritizing calls & mails.

 Taking down dictations & appropriately drafting data points &

correspondences, proactively responding to queries received through

calls/mails based on feedback & preferences conveyed by the Managing

Director.

 Preparing, editing & compiling agendas, minutes, correspondences &

presentations.

 Organizing & maintaining files, documents as well as other office records,

both offline & online, preserving & safeguarding confidential data &

documents in an efficient manner.

 Making travel arrangements (ticketing, hotel reservations, etc.) on behalf of

the Managing Director & other senior executives, coordinating with outstation

visitors & proactively looking after their boarding & lodging arrangements,

based on preferences conveyed by the Managing Director.

 Undertaking primary as well as secondary research & accordingly, developing

briefs, reports & presentations as per pre-determined timelines.

 Proactively observing & recording various discussions/conversations

undertaken by the Managing Director from time to time & accordingly, framing

action plans.

 Managing communication pertaining to projects, new launches as well as

other such expansion & diversification undertakings that directly come under

the purview of the Managing Director.

 Imparting induction & training to select employees hired for functions that are

directly or indirectly associated to those of the Managing Director’s office.

 Coordinating with outstations suppliers & vendors (China, Italy, etc.)

quotations, purchase orders, purchase/ delivery payments.

 Responding to various inquiries - internal as well as external, acting as a

point of contact between the Managing Director & other employees, tracking

the work plan allocated to certain employees by the Managing Director &

monitoring timelines with regard to the same.

 Organizing & maintaining files, documents as well as other office records,

both offline & online, preserving & safeguarding confidential data &

documents in an efficient manner.

 Negotiating with various suppliers, vendors & contractors, receiving

competitive quotations, making comparisons, making purchases of materials

& supplies based on feedback received from the Managing Director.

 Spearheading all coordination pertaining to maintenance, upkeep & repair of

corporate as well as outlet & store infrastructure (on a case to case basis), as

per directions & preferences issued by the Managing Director from time to

time.

 Undertaking primary as well as secondary research & accordingly, developing

briefs, reports & presentations as per pre-determined timelines.

 Proactively observing & recording various discussions/conversations

undertaken by the Managing Director from time to time & accordingly, framing

action plans.

Note: It’s Special Requirement for EA a part from Corporate Office Policy.

 EA has to work for 09 hours in a day according to the assigned shift.

 C/off will be availed in case EA has worked on his/her week off for the said

week. It should avail within thirty days and it should not be clubbed with

weekly off.

 EA will get only one weekly off once in a week, it may be any one day in a

week (Monday to Sunday).

 Management has reserved all the rights to take decision time to time if

required.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

Salesforce Developer will work with business and technology partners to maintain and enhance their Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce.com). You must be a leader and a self-starter with the ability to propose innovative solutions based on a solid understanding of business strategy, regulatory changes, industry direction, and above all, Salesforce platform expertise key to creating an efficient, comprehensive and visually optimized product.

Experience: 3+ years

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and implement the key technical components of the solution and help the team to develop and deliver the project deliverables.
• Identify and confirm technical design risks, and develop mitigating approaches, judge the trade-offs with technology and feasibility and makes choices that fit the constraints of the project.
• Help reduce the overall project technical risk by uncovering design issues early in the project life-cycle, share implementation best practices, and recommending solution alternatives.

Required Skills :

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee Cash flow planning and ensure optimal liquidity and Asset-Liability Management.

- Develop comprehensive treasury strategies aligned with the company’s financial goals, risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant with more than 7 years of experience

Proven experience of minimum 5 years in progressively responsible finance roles within the NBFC sector

Strong expertise in Treasury, Fundraising and FP&A.

Experience with scaling and managing lending products

Attitude to work at lightning fast speed

Well versed with Ind-AS financial preparation and finalization.

Candidates in a Compliance Manager role at NBFC / Banks having experience in handling regulatory compliance, RBI audits, etc. would be preferred.

Experience with managing and leading finance team

Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

● Architect and build scalable front-end web solutions using JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS and other fundamental web technologies.
