We’re looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, and other designs. You should have an intimate understanding of how structural design works especially in the residential and corporate sector. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal designer will be able to hit the ground running as soon as we bring on a new client or project. Key Responsibilities: ➢ Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current client workload. ➢ Creation of layouts and options for spaces to fit in different plant-based systems. Designing comercial and residential spaces i.e Balconies, Terraces, workspaces, Hotels, Retail, tech parks, Public spaces etc. ➢ Creations of elevations and plans for Green Walls and Green Roof Installations. ➢ Creation of Working Drawings and communication of the same to the client. ➢ Create visual aspects of marketing materials, client proposals, and other media. ➢ Consult with the CEO, sales & marketing team to create cohesive designs that reflect our culture and goals. Key Requirements: ➢ Degree in a design course (Bachelor’s degree in architecture/ Landscape Architecture/ Interior Design will be given prime consideration) ➢ Extensive experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and multimedia presentations. ➢ Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients. ➢ Adaptive design eye and skill with an ability to interact with clients and understand and collate client needs. ➢ Excellent communication skills
