The role involves end-to-end site coordination, vendor management, quality control, and ensuring timely project delivery in line with design and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Project Execution Execute civil and interior fit-out works for corporate office spaces. Interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation. Coordinate with designers, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution. Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to project timelines. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. 3–5 years of experience in corporate interiors, commercial fit-outs, or civil projects. Strong understanding of interior execution (false ceiling, partitions, flooring, furniture, etc.). Skills Required Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings. Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
