
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. The Senior Designer will be responsible for leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation.
Responsibilities:
1) Lead Design Projects: Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
2 ) Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and marketing teams, to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
3) Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, guiding them in the development of their skills and the execution of design projects.
4) Conceptualize and Design: Generate innovative design concepts and develop them into polished visual designs across various mediums, including digital and print.
5) User-Centric Design: Advocate for user-centered design principles, conducting user research and incorporating feedback to improve the usability and effectiveness of designs.
6) Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all design assets and communication channels.
7) Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, integrating them into design processes as appropriate.
8) Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with project requirements.
9) Presentation Skills: Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as necessary.
10) Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and communicating project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
*Minimum of 4 years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, typography, and layout.
*Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
*Solid understanding of user interface (UI) design principles and best practices.
*Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
*Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions in a fast-paced environment.
*Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting.
*Experience with motion graphics, animation, or prototyping tools is a plus.
*A passion for design and a desire to push the boundaries of creativity.

● P&L Lead - Build and scale influencers as performance channel rather than the awareness channel at Foxtale . Responsible for P&L of the channel.
● Growth Plan - Build a long term growth model for influencers channel, design quarterly and monthly objectives and metrics to be tracked and execute experiments optimizing for the right metrics.
● Execution - Lead the team, coordinate with the internal teams and agency, Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiate fair rates for content, and ensure the relevant agreements are in place.
● Impact Analysis - Analyse the end of campaign performance, identify successes and optimize for the improvements.
Requirements -
● 2-3 years experience in leading influencer marketing for any brand is necessary
● Prior experience in leading P&L and in leading teams is necessary
