Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and analytical professional to join our product team. This role is

ideal for someone deeply curious about blockchain technology, new protocols, and the

institutional landscape of staking. You will be responsible for researching and evaluating

emerging L1 and L2 protocols, identifying fund partners interested in staking opportunities, and

maintaining key data in HubSpot. You’ll also gain hands-on exposure to our internal operations,

understanding how we evaluate, launch, and scale validators across networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and technical evaluation of new and existing blockchain protocols.

• Maintain accurate records and evaluations of protocols in HubSpot.

• Identify and profile potential fund partners interested in validator delegation.

• Assist with internal reporting and prepare research-backed materials for discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ year experience.

• Previous experience in research, data analysis, or blockchain/crypto space is a strong plus.

• Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.

• Familiarity with blockchain protocols and DeFi concepts is highly preferred.

• Proficiency with Excel (or Google Sheets); experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.

• Comfortable using data to craft narratives and influence product or business strategy.

The Role

As a Senior Data Engineer, you own new initiatives, design and build world-class platforms to measure and optimize ad performance. You ensure industry-leading scalability and reliability of mission-critical systems processing billions of real-time transactions a day. You apply state-of-the-art technologies, frameworks, and strategies to address complex challenges with Big Data processing and analytics. You work closely with the talented engineers across different time zones in building industry-first solutions to measure and optimize ad performance.

What you’ll do

● Write solid code with a focus on high performance for services supporting high throughput and low latency

● Architect, design, and build big data processing platforms handling tens of TBs/Day, serve thousands of clients, and support advanced analytic workloads

● Providing meaningful and relevant feedback to junior developers and staying up-to-date with system changes

● Explore the technological landscape for new ways of producing, processing, and analyzing data to gain insights into both our users and our product features

● Design, develop, and test data-driven products, features, and APIs that scale

Who you are

● Deep understanding of distributed system technologies, standards, and protocols, and have 2+ years of experience working in distributed systems like Airflow, BigQuery, Spark, Kafka Eco System ( Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, or Kinesis), and building data pipelines at scale.

● Excellent SQL, DBT query writing abilities, and data understanding

Your Skills & Experience:

•                 4-8 Years with 2+ years of implementing commerce application on any eCommerce platform in last 3 years

•                 Demonstrate proficiency in build and release management using CI/CD strategies (leveraging tools like Jenkins and DevOps practices), implement Mocha/Chai unit and functional test cases in order to reduce costs while ensuring quality

•                 Contributes to designing, implementing and documenting the build release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the applications

•                 Participates in technical walkthroughs/ code reviews of other team members’ components, test plans and results and help them with gaps

We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
